They will not take any packages that won't fit on their shelf. No one mentioned that when I called ahead about dropping off a guitar to ship through FedEx. It was a larger box (mainly long) but only because of all the padding inside. It was very light and shouldn't have been much of a burden to park in the corner.

I waited in line patiently when I got to cashier she wasn't sure what to do. So I got out of line to find someone. Thankfully they didn't make me get back in line and took care of it at the next register. Shipped quick Thank you

The one and only cashier didn't even want to help me with my FedEx drop-off. Couldn't or wouldn't tell me where to put the boxes after asking several times.
I ended up leaving and wasting my time with prelabled boxes still in my truck. Very frustrating!!!

They only take very small packages. Basically if it’s bigger than a shoe box they won’t accept it.

Jennifer at the Georgetown store, # 1887, was awesome at helping us print out our license plates and laminate them so that we could drive our new car. She was very patient and courteous and we had a great experience with her. We love FedEx for so many reasons, it just makes our life a lot simpler and easier; thanks Jennifer and all the staff at that store. Sincerely Gregory and Linda Harrop
