Lemelle's Sausage Co. is a home town meat market and one of the best kept secrets in Texas. The store is cute and fully stacked with all kinds of smoked meats, freshly prepared. They offer the best variety of food with soo many choices, including the best smoked chicken, favorite sausages, boudin, and very good ribs. The owners are nice, and the staff is super helpful and friendly. The prices are good. You can smell the sausages when you arrive, and they are as good or better as they smell. You won’t be disappointed.

They have the best chicken sausage I have ever eaten and I have eaten sausage from all over the world. I have never had any bad sausage from Lemelle's and I travel from Humble TX to Liberty to get me some. Love the people customer service is always great when I go.
