For the past few years that I've used this service, every time I call, a woman with an attitude of "we don't need you, you need us" answers the phone. I called not long ago, I spoke with the same female—"a g an i n"—so obviously nothing had changed. Just the same snarky tone, demeanor, and attitude. Surely it is wise to treat your clients with the utmost respect and decency. "Yes" would be the most apparent response; it would be an excellent business decision for any company. In my view—and "I'm sure they will have some snappy come back" but this female that when customers are speaking to her represents the company, the person leading the charge with paying clients, really needs to be reeducated in communication skills. Calling them whenever I require their service is something I truly dislike. Very sad, very sad indeed!

Allen and his helper (my bad, I did not ask his name) with the P&R Propane repair /installation crew were the easiest to get along with field crew that I have ever had work for me.You can rest assured that they will fix or repair any propane issues that you may have.

Good gas, but contrary to their posted hours, they are not open till 12 on Saturdays, or maybe not at all on Saturdays. No note on door. Just closed.And no one answers the phone on Saturdays, so calling does not do anything.

Stayed closed on Monday's and Friday's (they say due to covid!?) during the worst winter storm in Texas history. Every other propane place is open, however not accepting new customers.

Well, I wish I could give them ZERO stars! I spoke to a lady who was going to have a "technician" contact me, I heard nothing, so I left them 2 messages on Voicemail of the course of two weeks asking them to contact me about a tank installation... Crickets!Called Pinnacle Propane who responded and sent a technician within a couple days. Pinnacle was AWSOME!I tried to go local, like always, but I believe in customer service and apparently P&R has enough customers.

A couple of years ago, we need some help with a space heater. They were able to fix it with parts on hand and for less than we expected. They recertify tanks which is a bonus. Good folks good customer service

As a disabled person with handicap license plates, they took the bottle from my car, filled it, then returned it to my car. I was able to give them my credit card to pay, all without getting out of my car and using my walker to enter the store.
If you are not using handicap plates, you will need to remove the bottle from your car and return it to the car before walking into the store to pay for your purchase.
