Let me start off by saying most people that are building a hot rod or have hot rods understand how most shops don’t really care about their clients. They just want you to drop the keys off get out of their hair and pay an extremely high bill for a little or no work. Richard(Owner) Of RS Automotive Is the complete opposite. This man is very knowledgeable kind and cares about his clients. The attention to detail and knowledge this man has Is like no other. I now not only have a new shop that I can rely on but a friend also. Richard was very fair knowledgeable and accommodating to all of my concerns and questions. This man knows his stuff. Thank you so much for making the time and helping me with my hot rod. I really appreciate you. I would highly recommend anybody and everybody to go See you. I will definitely be using him again. Richard does a good job working within your budget to get you back on the road. I take all of my vehicles there and he gets me what I need and explains why I need it.

Richard was great. Had an engine light on so took it to a big box auto and tire shop. Was quoted $1200 to remove the engine's plenum after checking the car's computer . Then they would let us know more once they had it off. Would probably need the car for a few days. Decided to get a second opinion as we didn't care for their attitude. Found RS Automotive online, liked his reviews, so called him and he said I could drop it off at 9:00 am when he opened and he would take a look at it. Called me 3 hours later, told me what it needed and was quoted $700. Asked when I would get the car back and he told as soon as he was done as he was already working on it. Called me next morning at 9:30 said the car was done. Couldn't be happier. Excellent service, quality care and prices.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I took my truck to Richard for a massive oil leak. He was by far the best value, even taking time to fix something not pertaining to my initial repair. The quote he gave me, was spot on. And he had the job finished when he said it would be done. All in all he did a fantastic job, and I will definitely be using his service from now on!!!!Services: Transmission
