“Mike came by to repair my lift on very short notice. We are kind of 'out there' and he still found a time to come out so that we could enjoy the lift on the holiday weekend on very short notice. He called before he came, gave an ETA, and showed up on time and got to work. He explained everything and gave his recommendation and ultimately did a great job fixing our lift. I am very confident in the work and my neighbor was impressed as well and will be giving him a call for his broken lift as well.

“Rosemary was great. She's why I gave 4 stars instead of 3 or 2.
Ok with how everything worked out, but the cost was a lot higher than expected.
Did not expect the cost of using the u haul truck once to be more than 7 or 8+ trips in my own vehicle.
Vehicle was clean, but the gas mileage was terrible. 15' truck had little power when loaded and on hills trying to maintain 60mph pretty sure I could watch the gas gauge visibly drop.
The app was a big pain in the bum.”
