“I have had issues for the past year where my debit card is being shut off because of "suspicious activity" without any type of notification being sent to me. I come to this location and and the last three times I'm given an "oh no, I'm sorry to hear that", given a new card and sent upon my way. Well, it happened again and when I got there, KRISTIN helped me. She immediately called into (what I'm assuming is) the employee service number and got to work figuring out WHY my card was doing this. She got everything straightened out and I didn't even have to get a new card! Everyone knows the struggle of having to change your card on every little bill/app you have to pay for. I was highly aggravated when I arrived and left in a great mood thanks to her. I'm always glad when I get to the bank and see her working cus she is the absolute sweetest. Unfortunately, she hadn't been there or had been helping another customer all of the other times I had came for this particular issue. All the ladies that work at this branch are very nice but KRISTIN goes above and beyond!”
