I used to be a longtime Walgreens customer due to there not being a CVS in Dayton, TX, so when my Medicare Supplement Drug Coverage specified CVS I switched. I've been pleasantly surprised how good CVS is overall and how nice the folks are in their Liberty, TX store are.

I am deaf, I can read lips, and I can sign language but not necessary because I can talk.I don’t mind if they like communication with me but I am so proud of them where I live close to my CVS store. My few CVS pharmacy associates know me as very well. They understand my hearing disability.I just want everything goes happy for everyone SMILE …..

They are SLOW. You even have to wait on automatic refills. The auto reminder messages to tell you to pick up your prescription, and when you get there, they usually haven't even started.

If I could give this CVS store 0 stars, I would! This Is the worst pharmacy that I have ever been to. You wait in line for 45 minutes to an hour because they're so cheap that they won't let any more than one person work at a time...... meaning 1 person working the inside AND the outside. The far right lane is completely closed and has been for over a year (again, too cheap to fix it) and that means only 1 person working both the inside and the outside ONE lane. Not to mention the lady is very rude and takes forever when you finally get up to the window! It would almost be quicker for people in Liberty to drive to Dayton to the Walgreens to get their prescriptions because even with the drive time it still would be faster. Walgreens in Dayton is awesome and super fast every time.......CVS in Liberty is a shi* show! And no I don't work for Walgreens, I work in downtown Houston so when I drive into work I always drop off and pick up at the Walgreens in Dayton. But when I work from home and need a prescription filled I have to go to CVS and it is a horrible experience every single time!

Terrible pharmacy. They have actually told me on occasion that they could not fill my RX because someone had called in. My doctor called in prescriptions yesterday and I came in today and was told she would fill them after she helped the other 4 customers in the store. I am beyond angry . I am glad my insurance has changed and I do NOT have to use CVS anymore

The wait time either while on hold on the phone to waiting in the Drive Thru line is ridiculous should be better staffed for quicker wait times

Yelling at me across the floor when waiting at the Consult with pharmacist line isn't professional by the pharmacist herself!!!! What if my question had been personal? Do you think maybe some people don't want to feel awkward for asking something or just simply don't want their business yelled out there!!!! I do however love this one lady that has been there forever. She always waits on me in the drive thru & if it wasn't for her great service I wouldn't have any reason to return to this cvs for my prescriptions.

I am so SICK of the fact that every single time, without fail, my purchase somehow gets messed up. It's either that my CVS card somehow doesn't scan, so I don't get any of my rewards. Or it's that my rewards "don't work". Or something doesn't scan for the actual price that it's on sale for. And then, magically, NO ONE knows how to make it work or give me my money back, compensate me.. SOMETHING. If you can't handle all that comes with your extra bucks, sales, weekly ads, etc.. then you should probably just stop trying to make it work. I will steer clear of this store for quite a while.
