What a joke of a pharmacy. You can't call and speak to the pharmacy, you can leave a message that may or may not be returned though. I am just over three months post OP for open heart surgery and I needed refills. I called and the automated system, it's a joke, we literally had to drive up to the pharmacy just so I could ask how the automated system works and ask about a prescription refill that I needed. The rude man at the counter, who had the personality of dirt, had no clue either. THAT says everything. I ask another store associate for a manager thinking they would know. They couldn't find the manager....We will be switching to another store.
I know you will reply with an automated BS statement saying how sorry you are that my expectations weren't met and to contact blah blah, but y'all seriously need to do something. CVS is getting a bad name.

The Pharmacist was great very helpful. But, before she came to relieve the tall, rude boy at the cash register, it was a terrible experience. I would think there was a better hiring process. The immature boy with long hair and glasses just wanted to rudely get loud and want to fight instead of answering questions about trying to find my grandmother's profile in their system.

Had over a hundred dlls worth a pictures only a few printed out then she told me the printer was jammed it would be Monday before they machine was fixed they quality of the few I got was horrible and cost me over 50 dollars she said she would leave a note that I payed for half of the photo prints haven't heard back and not interested due to how expensive it was and nobody knows what I'm talking about .

I was purchasing something that was on sale and there were two prices on the product; one for Canada $20 and one for US $16. The product kept on ringing up with the Canada price and I told the cashier and she couldn’t figure out why. She went and got the manager Kimberly and told her what was happening. The manager, in a very annoyed voice said either I want it or not? That she wasn’t going to change the price because corporate considers that theft. She ended up telling the cashier not to sell it to me if I had a problem with the price. I asked her what her name was and she practically yelled at me saying her name is Kimberly but that I will get the same response about the price from corporate if I call them, and I should add that all this poor customer service was in front of other customers. I will literally drive to Walgreens now in the next town just so I don’t have to deal with her anymore.

DOCTOR SENDS SCRIPT THREE DAYS AGO, RECEIVED AN TEXT STATING IT WOULDN'T BE READY FOR PICK UP UNTIL THE 21ST , SO I CALLED TO CHECK STATUS , LEFT A VOICEMAIL AND WAITED FOR A CALL BACK , FINALLY GOT A CALL BACK AND WAS LEFT ON HOLD FOR 10 MIN THE I WAS TOLD THEY HAVE NO STOCK AND THEY WOULD HAVE TO ORDER MY MEDICATION IT..I COULDN'T PICK UP UNTIL MONDAY , I HUNG UP AND RECIEVED A TEXT TELLING ME IT WONT BE FOR ANOTHER WEEK!!! SICK AND TIRED OF THIS CVS !! ALL OF THEM ARE LIKE THIS !!! WHEN WILL WE GET A GOOD PHARMACY !!!

BECAUSE THE PHARMACY JUST DID IT AGAIN TO ME !! HAD MY PERSCRIPTION FOR A WEEK AND THEN TELLS ME THE DAY ITS DUE THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE STOCK!

I do not even want to give a star, but I have to leave her. The CVS in our grandma told me that if I needed to move my prescription to another straight and then when I get Christmas and I understood that there was gonna be a white so she told me to wait till after Christmas that it will be ready that morning I come in in the morning And she goes. I have to wait. We have a whole bunch of other medicine like inconvenience. Sorry you know we can’t help. What’s going on your side oh yeah you read this you do not take care of customers. That way I feel like calling the general manager.

If I could give zero stars I would. It takes a week or longer to get medicine filled. When I asked for information on a new medicine prescribed I was told to YouTube it. Very unprofessional. There’s one tech and one pharmacist that are actually very helpful and kind. But the guy encountered yesterday was incredibly rude. Apparently my new RX needed “patient approval” in order for it to be filled. When I asked how was I supposed to know that since there was nothing in the app says that and he looked at me like I was stupid and that I should have known.
Good luck trying to talk to a person when you call it’s all automated and an answering machine that you can only hope to get a call back from. I received a call today from cvs and thankfully a real person who was very rude and was the one that suggested I look up information on my new RX on YouTube. When I told her that was unacceptable and that I would like to speak to a pharmacist she got mad and hung up.

I am really very upset because it has been 3 times since I have had a bad experience here, only the Hispanic lady is a great employee, she is always in a good mood and answers any questions. A cashier lady seems to be upset when we use the store's own coupons if it is so annoying to get money back for purchases? If later they are going to have those faces because the product is at a lower price!!!
