My best friend had everything she owned in the storage unit for approximately seven months. When she went to retrieve her stuff out of here, it was full of rat urine and feces. EVERYTHING she has was ruined! Her and her kids have to start over with absolutely nothing! Looking at the reviews, these people know this has been going on with this facility. They should be ashamed of themselves!

5 stars!! I had a great experience renting a storage unit from Milentz self storage! There was a number of different storage units to choose from varying in size, AC, pricing etc. The employees were always pleasant to work with and they made me feel like my needs and requests were a top priority for them. Wonderful customer service and payment was also completed with ease. I highly recommend using Milentz self storage!

rat / mouse infested! management has no interest in protecting their customer's personal belongings. simply blame other patrons for allowing the infestation to happen. zero evidence of pest control. the owners and their management are obviously interested in only the revenue; and not customer service!

I had my things here for a while and never had issues until the last few months. I found rat p*** and pee on all my furniture. Once I moved out my things I found 2 dead rats in my unit. 😷

My ex put his things in storage here for two months and when he went to get his stuff it was covered with spiders and rat p*** and urine. When we unloaded everything, there was a dead rat in it. It was disgusting and some of his things were ruined. If you have anything worth keeping...you don't want to keep it here. Spend the extra money and get climate controlled somewhere else.
