I’m giving 2 stars, one for the man who did one of my nieces Pedicure, he did a good job and so did the lady who did their nails. Another because they have ok color selections. Then again I only gave them 2 because the service was not so great. For one, they were a bit crowded to only have 4 people on the floor, 1 in the front doing nails, for 13 walk ins. It took longer to get my service started, and took the man, less than 10 min to do my pedicure. I had them in the water for about 2 min then he began with the nail drill to clean my toe nails from excess cuticle I guess. It hurt a bit because he was going so fast the rim burned the edges of my toes. As soon as he was done I put them in the water, then back up again, he began cutting my cuticles without having any oils to help soften them while they soaked. So they were still a bit hard and I felt the snips, I said ouch and told him it hurt. In very fast paced fashion he added some lotions and began to push my cuticles. Then he grabbed the toe nail nipper and that’s when it began to hurt a bit and mumbled ouch. He grabbed the callus remover which made me giggle and he laughed (that was good interaction😁). He finished both my feet, soaked for a minute then began with the sugar scrubs which lasted about 1 min each foot then wrapped them with hot towels, he left to do something else for a about 3-5 min then came back removed them, cleaned them and left me there another 4-5 min. To then finally come back and added the nail polish. I wasn’t put in the dryer or had toe separators. So when I put my sandal on some of of the polish was removed. I left with somewhat fresh polish but I wish he would have taken his time to work on my feet instead of going to the next customer. Fast business sales are not always the way to go. Now im not saying the men was horrible, he was ok. Just didn’t take his time with me. Even my friend who was with me said the next part. It’s better to have 15 people a day with lots of tips then 30 people and little tips. (my point of view) I would have left a $10 tip plus my $30+ my nieces tips. But unfortunately, I think that may have to be some other time. Both My Friend and my self want you to, take this review in consideration and as a suggestion. Thank you 🫶🏻

I really like my nails. The person who did my nails was quick and very nice. The place was quiet and clean.I was concerned during my visit because there were no prices posted and I was charged an extra 10 dollars for my nails being shaped..? I personally like knowing what I am paying for ahead of time.

I got my nails done here and the guy did them he was really rushy and didn't let me say what I wanted and when I tried to correct him he told me I just need to wait and he's got it. My nails look like my 15 year old did them and I paid 50$ for jacked up nails plus they aren'tt even sinetricalService: Manicure

I brought my daughter to get her nails refilled. Took the lady literally over two hours and she didn’t even do them how we requested. While waiting for my daughter I decided to get my eye brows done for the first time in a while. I strictly said please do not change the shape I just want my eyebrows cleaned up. She took almost all of my eye brows and I’ve broken out in a really bad rash with swelling and pain a day later. Mind you I’ve been having my eyebrows waxed and threaded for 15 years and this has never happened.

They did an absolutely great job, the only issue I had was being charged an extra 10 dollars even though the matte was only an extra 5 dollars. I'd say they're worth 50 but being double charged ain't it sis

I go here all the time... today my nails look awful. I dont get tips as my nails are long I only go and get the dip color. Today I went to get my color changed and a new guy done them (kevin). They are super thick jagged and they just look horrible. They charged me 45 for it which normally I only pay 35. I am upset but I love tommy nails and I go there all the time.. this being said I hope they address the problem. From now on the older gentleman that has the first seat and the younger guy will be the only ones who will do my nails from now on..

My cousin and I went to get our nails done I turn out not to get mine but my cousin got hers. She asked for black matte with glittered ring finger for $45 they gave her full black matte for $50. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN.
