If I could not give any stars I would do terrible service, the lady was always speaking in a bad way, I asked her for a painting and she acted as if I couldn't pay her, without wanting to serve a client, the problem was today around 11: 40

Their floors are always dirty, baseball size mud on the door mat. The same mud was there the next day, someone could sweep and mop.

I picked a color, discussed with the lady there on what was best. A man got it mixed for me and I checked out. The paint I wanted was a dark gray, I got the 90's hunter green. I didn't see a sample dot on the can so I just trusted the process. $70

Terrible service. Asked to get paint match TWICE and no employee nor manager seems to have the proper knowledge to do so . Rude customer service from manager. Wouldn't recommend nor come back ever again.

I knew what color I wanted and decided on a whim to paint a bedroom during the COVID 19 pandemic. I called and Liberty Sherwin Williams answered the phone promptly on a Saturday. He was extremely helpful and when I got to the store he brought the order out to the car and I was off. Very efficient and helpful. I believe his name was Frank. I have always depended on the quality and agreeable gray covered a dark gold colored accent wall with one coat. I am very pleased as always.
