This is honestly an awful bank and has been for years. I only even visit when I'm in a pinch and my recent experience reminded me why that is the case. The teller, Paola, was very condescensing towards me regarding a withdrawal from a business savings account that has been in good standing for over a decade, and continues to be. She asked questions that in no way pertained to the transaction I was trying to conduct and made me feel like she thought I was trying to steal my own money.The good news is this has given me the motivation to finally take my business to a bank that values it's customers.

They always have 2 lanes open and one person working both. Most visits last over 15 min, and is the slowest bank in Liberty. I plan to change my bank soon.

I should have looked at reviews before coming here. They will not service you for nothing unless you have an account with them. I just needed to change twenties for hundreds.

They need more teller at the drive thru. It shouldn't take 30 minutes just to do a deposit. I recommend new management ?

spent 45 minutes in the drive thru line... the lady kneesa (name on receipt) at the window is on her phone instead of working. maybe that's why the line takes forever.

Terrible been in the drive thru for 45 mins now. Only 2 lanes for a commercial world wide bank?? Who thought of that? Only reason I had to come to the bank is because it takes 7 business days to get a new debit card. Trying to get my husband to switch banks. Stay away from here if you like to be in and out and love friendly & fast customer service because this place isn’t it!

Since the storm, their procedures have changed, it takes longer to make a deposit... of only cash. Not to mention the other services. You're charged a fee for everything, not having enough transactions in a month... having too many in a month. The other banks in town are just as bad, lol.

Liberty is the worse for a few tellers in drive thru..a reg transaction that takes 3 min turns into 39 ridiculous..Julia an a new is horrible. Get them out of drive thru if they can't count ..smdh..
