I have had issues for the past year where my debit card is being shut off because of "suspicious activity" without any type of notification being sent to me. I come to this location and and the last three times I'm given an "oh no, I'm sorry to hear that", given a new card and sent upon my way. Well, it happened again and when I got there, KRISTIN helped me. She immediately called into (what I'm assuming is) the employee service number and got to work figuring out WHY my card was doing this. She got everything straightened out and I didn't even have to get a new card! Everyone knows the struggle of having to change your card on every little bill/app you have to pay for. I was highly aggravated when I arrived and left in a great mood thanks to her. I'm always glad when I get to the bank and see her working cus she is the absolute sweetest. Unfortunately, she hadn't been there or had been helping another customer all of the other times I had came for this particular issue. All the ladies that work at this branch are very nice but KRISTIN goes above and beyond!

Audrey and her crew are the sweetest most helpful bunch. They have always taken care of me very well. I love woodforest the only thing is we need a ATM outside of Walmart please! Lol Thank you!!

I've banked with Woodforest for 8 years already and my first account ever with them was at the liberty location as well. The staff here is knowledgeable and friendly though you can tell they mean business. The only negative I would say about this bank is that they don't offer any ATMs outside of Walmart. They also don't offer deposits through the ATM in case it's after hours! Also, if you're in need of a temporary check, you must go all the way to the Crosby location which is of course a bit of a hassle. I have tried banking with chase and wells Fargo before and I ended up coming back to Woodforest. I would not leave banking at Woodforest again for sure! They are the chosen one!

1st off I dont like being told you cant help me with something that I know you can. There is an elderly Caucasian lady with blonde hair and colored eyes thats working at this location. Im always very sweet to her no matter how much of a sour attitude she gives off with no smile. I compliment her nails because I'm a nail tech so that's my go to for small talk...but however anytime I ask for help from her I'm looked at as an idiot and directed to the ATM. I assume you have employees at this location to help assist people when in need of help. That's why there's 2 full desks and computers in the lobby part... not including behind the glass door tgeres more. I knew that she could submit for refund on my account after she found what I was talking about... instead she lied and said she can't. Told me to go online. Then called for anther lady that wasnt there at the time to come assist with me honestly because a man she found attractive walked in. So I was lied to and put on hold while she assist him. That upset me... so when the other lady came she tried to redirect me to online as well but informed both of them that I'm well aware that they could help me submit the claim themselves... so they did do not liking the fact that they had to actually work. Some extra customer service skills need to be implemented at this location. And a little encouragement to be more upbeat and smiling would do some good. Also I'm not sure how many brain dead women go in there... but I'm a woman of intelligence and catch on quick to what's going on. I watch peoples eyes to see their interests and body language when it switches from one person to another FYI I'm just as important as the man that walked in after me.(she couldn't help him either told him come back tomorrow and he had a serious issue) someone please help these women of age that get these great jobs and dont do what it takes to maintain their status within the company, or not care to represent the company's name well by giving horrible customer service and acting like they own 60% of woodforest and choose to work just because! Honey smile and care about others wants and needs... not just your own itch between your legs! Thanks but no thanks! I'll drive to the one on Sheldon before I ever do anything but use the Atm at this loc. Closest to me... and even thou that would be doing exactly what they want. . I'd rather not deal with salt and sourness for no reason at all.
