Tried to call them because im thinking about switching carriers to see what deals they have. Got a message to press 1 to speak with a sales rep and then it hangs up on you tried 3 times so switching to Verizon after being with yhem 20 years good way to run off your good customers AT&T! Helped make my decision to change final good day!

Very inconvenient that you can’t return the home internet modem here during the 7 day trial period. You have to ship it back. The salesperson was very polite but it seems like they are more interested in selling products rather than supporting customers.

They were very helpful and got all my photos, contacts etc pulled over quickly. I didn’t want a new phone. I loved my phone. But it was 7 years old and was not longer getting good reception. Dropping calls often.

I feel robbed! I received a trade a $1,000 trade in. Found out it's dispensed in small monthly credits for 3 years!!!
AT&T is now on my bad-business list. Don't be fooled. You can get easy tied a 3 year commencement!
