This drive thru is speedy and I will drive to this location if at all possible. We have opened a new account here and taken a loan at this location and we’re very happy with both processes.I drive a little out of my way to use this location instead of the Beckham one.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a bank. We went in to open a business account and they acted like it was a huge inconvenience and were very unfriendly. We left before filling out the first page. This bank will not be getting our business.

Absolute worst bank in East Tx. ATM is never working or is out of money. We have been account holders for almost 5 years and have been saying four about 4 years now. “Next chance we get we are switching.”
