Had an issue with a jacket. BDS responded quickly with two options for me. Ended up returning the jacket for a new one. Great communication throughout the process. The wader pants I received are also superb. Definitely will be ordering another pair. Also their hats are second to none great quality.

Ordered a Navy Blue hat and received a Black hat. I emailed customer service and never received a response. On top of that it took over 2 weeks for me to receive my shipment. Won't be purchasing more items.

I love the shirts and waders that these guys offer, however I had a package shipped to my house that showed to be delivered, but it never received it. I let the company know instantly. It’s now been a month since my package was “delivered”, and every Friday I have to follow up with them, because no one takes the initiative to reach out to me with any updates. I was told that “I will not be receiving a refund or my product unless USPS issues a refund to the them since this is not their fault”. Here I am going on a month after paying for my product and shipping cost and I am yet receive any sort of product, refund, or any sort of update. This has been been a terrible experience. Since when does the customer not matter?

Quality of clothing and accessories have been outstanding! The hats are some of the best out there and fit great. I love how soft the shirts are! And the waders have been nothing but great! Customer service is always on point and some of my orders have even shipped same day!! I will continue to be a repeat customer!!

Ordered a few Christmas items and needed to return a sweatshirt for a different size. The communication was quick and easy during the return process and within days, I received the replacement. Very high quality!! Will order from them again

I ordered jacket months ago and still no jacket. I reached out via BDSCC website because the have no customer number to call and they responded they would look into the issue. That was weeks ago and I have emailed twice with no response. The have taken the money (over $100) and won't respond back, interesting business model BDSCC? I want a full refund ASAP>

I had an issue with the hat that i bought. It came apart at the stitching after wearing it a few times. i emailed the team at Back Down South and they were more than accommodating. every time i emailed them about my issue they were polite and helpful, that really went a long way for me. I asked if i could get a replacement or i could get the current hat i have repaired. They ended up sending me out a brand-new hat no fuss about it. Definitely will buy more clothes from them just on the customer service alone. Thanks for all your help in resolving my issue i really do appreciate all the help

Hard to hate them but I ordered a hat online and it cost me almost 45 bucks for a hat that maybe cost them a few bucks to make and was told days later they were out of stock and was issued a refund. To me that's bad customer service and upsetting.

Honestly I’m just here to talk about what a fantastic job someone did on the interior design of this place!!!I did walk around and look at the merchandise, which, they have a nice selection of unique clothing pieces that I would buy, but I was just window shopping today.The reason I came here to write a review was just to brag on their masterful work creating an atmospheric experience, visually speaking, with the interior of their store.And I mean, let’s be honest.Any store that puts a comfortable couch out for you to rest your weary feet after hours of following your wife around shopping?They got my recommendation already

Was excited to support small business and got waders even waited due to delay which I understood during these times. But got waders and have defect which I get happens but can’t get email back or when call never answers. Don’t know what to do now

Quality products AND customer service. I like that they have a lot of their main products, but will also follow the seasons. Will be purchasing some chest waders this fall! Can’t say enough about this company. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!Had an issue with an order I placed (100% on me) service rep. called personally to rectify the issue. Also, the clothes are pretty awesome too!Will definitely be purchasing items again. Small business with great customer service!
