I stopped by this location at 1:35 p.m. to grab some pain reliever and wound care products for my elderly father. This location was CLOSED for lunch. This is ridiculous considering that most working people have to use their lunch breaks to run such errands. I will not be stopping by this store again. I'd rather drive to the next town and give Walgreens my business.

I moved here from Arizona, and needed to get my medication refilled and transferred. I called twice yesterday, and they were both extremely rude. I gave them all the information needed for them to call my old pharmacy. Never got a call back. I called them again, and they were extremely rude and asking for the information again. Do not recommend this place.

Alex was a God-send today as he helped dial in the right codes and correct access to the legit providers, resulting in a much reduced price for my wife's antivirals. Thank you for going the extra mile!

The staff doesn’t appear to know what they are doing!
I couldn’t get my medication refilled because they “gave me enough” last time!
I didn’t have anymore and now have to wait 3 weeks to get refilled!
I’m certain the last time they didn’t fill it up all the way.
I would never recommend to anyone. Please find another place!

We like having a close CVS in Lindale but the company never has it staffed adequately. I don’t blame the staff but those in charge that keeps it understaffed which often and inevitable causes delays. Also, pulled up today and they had a piece of cardboard over the drive through window. Learned it was for their lunch break but no information was on the window or cardboard. Would have been nice to have the hours posted including the lunch closing on the window. Also, the store is also only a mini-CVS. Lindale deserves better.

And that was the last time I ever go here. I've had issues getting my doctor to continue to send my prescription to walmart. This is completely dependent on the person but the older white guy won't bother with GoodRX. I insisted twice and he claimed CVS discount price was lower but didn't even take my cards. He made me pay $18 when GoodRX was $12.84. Not to mention, the same prescription would've been $4 at Walmart. I'm not the only one that complains either. This CVS overcharges more than what others charge and won't be bothered with discount cards.

My insurance changed to CVS and it has been all downhill since the change. No notifications when prescription is ready, hours are incorrect on the website, they close for an hour at lunch.

This CVS is terrible. High prices, long lines, rude employees and bad hours. Avoid! They have really bad customer service.

Everything is more expensive and the receipts are are still long-ish. I'm not a fan of Walgreens either. But, the employees are all great! Nothing but friendly and professional, happy to help everyone.

I scheduled my flu and Covid-19 vaccines. Once I arrived they stated they didn’t have the Covid-19 vaccine in yet. I scheduled on the CVS app and the app stated it was available. I wasted gas and time to drive from the next town over.

I’ve been going to cvs for my medication since I was a teen and never have nor my parents had a issue with them until now .I have been waiting on my prescription for my diabetes and more for weeks and they keep saying it’s in progress or that they’ve called my doctor and insurance but when i called my doctor and insurance they even showed me that CVS pharmacy has not been in touched .Literally wasted time ,money and gas at this place .The pharmacist was rude when I asked information about my insurance and medication and what was going on and they keep giving me the run around .Definitely changing pharmacies and so are my friends and family .

I have come in 3 times today 4/18 starting from about 10:30 this morning and continuing still at 2:07. Each time I come in I have been told that they are working on it and it will take 30 mins or that they are closed. I am still waiting in the parking lot to get my medications.
