Everything is more expensive and the receipts are are still long-ish. I'm not a fan of Walgreens either. But, the employees are all great! Nothing but friendly and professional, happy to help everyone.

I scheduled my flu and Covid-19 vaccines. Once I arrived they stated they didn’t have the Covid-19 vaccine in yet. I scheduled on the CVS app and the app stated it was available. I wasted gas and time to drive from the next town over.

I’ve been going to cvs for my medication since I was a teen and never have nor my parents had a issue with them until now .I have been waiting on my prescription for my diabetes and more for weeks and they keep saying it’s in progress or that they’ve called my doctor and insurance but when i called my doctor and insurance they even showed me that CVS pharmacy has not been in touched .Literally wasted time ,money and gas at this place .The pharmacist was rude when I asked information about my insurance and medication and what was going on and they keep giving me the run around .Definitely changing pharmacies and so are my friends and family .

CVS has been my pharmacy now for a while and I was driving to Mineola to avoid the rumors of this CVS. This CVS in Lindale Tx is friendly and welcoming. Thank you Lindale Tx!!

I have come in 3 times today 4/18 starting from about 10:30 this morning and continuing still at 2:07. Each time I come in I have been told that they are working on it and it will take 30 mins or that they are closed. I am still waiting in the parking lot to get my medications.

If I could give the front store staff less than 1 star, I would. With limited options in Lindale, you would think there would be some compassion, dedication and customer service overflowing from behind the counter. It’s quite the opposite with the lack of customer service and rude mannerisms.

Who would have thought that CVS would be the place to be on a Friday night. Especially in the little town of lindale. It was though trust me.Drive thru, phone, and people rushing in. Was very impressed with how the lady working was handling everything. I mean we all know how nice we are when sick. LOL

I wish I could use a different pharmacy than CVS Lindale. They are slow, rude, and the register seems to magically break in the drive thru at busy times of the day. Some patients can’t walk inside and closing the drive through after they have been sitting in it for 10 minutes is ridiculous.

Terrible customer service and obvious steerable management. Three different workers saw us waiting to check out but not one of them acknowledged us. After waiting nearly 5 minutes, the lady that came to the register said “name.” We we’re not there to pick up a prescription. Clearly no training in customer service.

Horrible customer service. My disabled grandfather went to pick up his prescription and accidentally locked his keys and phone in the car. After paying for his items, the employees at cvs wouldn’t event allow him to call for help. He had to walk across the street just to get help from the dollar tree. So sad

Poor Customer Service experience from Pharmacy.New in town and this was my second visit to this CVS. Small and neatly organized. This visit I had to get my prescriptions filled. Older pharmacist was abrupt and condesending. Was told it was a 30 minute wait. I shopped and paid for a couple of items while waiting. Cashier saw me waiting, asked my name and checked on the computer. She commented its been ready for awhile... yet no one called my name as they do in the other CVSs' Its a very small store..I paid and left, no big deal.I returned to fill a different prescription and this time it was a very tall younger man again same poor attitude -at the Pharmacy counter. I noticed impatience with another senior customer from the Cashier. This time I waited in in a chair near the Cashier a distance from the Pharmacy. No one else was waiting in the store. They have 3 people behind the Pharmacy counter and1cashier behind the Check out counter. Once again I had to ask the Cashier if my prescription was ready and yes it was...again my name was never called. I am empathetic that the pharmacists are busy filling scrips from their computers and requested by phone but really???. Terrible Attitude which mars their Customer Service. I will continue to purchase products there but never again use their pharmacy.

I am a Canadian getting a pcr test to enter back into my country. The pharmacy messed up my personal information so now it's impossible to access my results as they won't email me. Nor will they send a text to my foreign phone number. A waste of money and very unprofessional service. I have been on the phone for 4 hours and still no one can fix this. I only have a few hours till my plane leave and I'm gonna have to tell my pregnant wife I can't come home Becuase a pharmacist doesn't take enough care to put in the proper customer information
