I've been filing with Jackson Hewitt for over 6 years. I have always had a great experience with Mrs. BETTY Mays. Today was Fast, friendly and I felt so comfortable with my new tax preparer Jeanetta Black-Young. I will definitely file with this Area leader year after year for this wonderful experience today.

Called to make an appointment at the Lindale Walmart, was not told they don't do them on the spot had to send them out. Was told it would be 2 days and they would be done, was two weeks. We signed up to eSign talked to the supervisor the day we were to sign, she was supposed to call us that evening to go over everything and she never called. We had to take a day off work to go in and sign. We will not use your services again.

They were closed druing the bad weather but I called and they got started on my return and said I could come in and sign once it was ready. That was a HUGE help to me.
