Came in for an oil change. When I took my car on the highway afterward, my undercarriage protector flew off. This part is removed during an oil change and was not reinstalled correctly. That’s a serious safety issue and completely unacceptable for such basic service. If a shop can’t handle an oil change properly, I wouldn’t trust them with my vehicle.

Should seriously consider changing closing time to 5:15 since that’s when they actually stop accepting customers.
