Have purchased cartons of pall mall menthol white cigarettes on two separate occasions. Both cartons the filters fall off with ease. Have never had this happen before. Contacted RJ Reynolds, supposed to send a box in order to return unused product. Still waiting! Going to try to exchange if not a long line.

Station attendant (Shakira Shaunt) was excellent, greeted with a wonderful smile...her attitude was amazing, her drive for her job was exuberant!, she had a great sense of humor, and great knowledge on where my Tobacco Product (Stokers Wintergreen) was, very pleased with the costumer service!!!
