I have only not received a package or letter one single time, it was delivered across the street by a temp who confused the addresses/mailboxes. There is a definite pattern in the majority of the negative reviewers that I will leave to your own discretion. When discussing a problem with a person that hears only problems all day long, be respectful and understanding that a massive amount of letters and packages are delivered daily. The majority of these postal workers are our neighbors and only want to help our community while being pushed to their limits to sort, load and deliver a massive amount. Cutting them down will never help resolve any issue. I applaud my postal workers. Most put in long usually HOT hours with no A/C in a thankless job and are met mostly with harsh criticism because a single mistake outweighs 100 good deeds in these days.”
