They have a self pre-wash area that you could scrub bugs and stuff off I guess, That would be awful hot to do during the summer. This means there’s no pre-wash as you enter the wash.
Second, I don’t think they put enough wet product on the vehicle before they start using their scrub brushes on it, and I don’t think they put enough product on it anyways. Three it did a below average job on a full-size suburban rocker panels was barely touched and the rear tailgate was barely touched.
They use micro cloths for their drying towels, which absorb very little water. It just moves the water around, and you have to continually wipe and wipe and wipe and wipe.
Their air hose has no rubber tips on them so just be careful. They’re all brass tips.
Their multipurpose/glass cleaner is tethered to a cable that is about 2 feet long so I’m not sure what they expect you to do with that
I will say I did like the suction on the vacuum and the vacuum chips they use.
Lastly, at least for a full-size SUV owner like a suburban. It’s awful tight getting through their gates. If the far left gate is closed and you gotta use the center or the far right one.
I’m gonna stick with Smitty’s just up the road.

$26 for a half decent car wash. Paid for the ceramic add on and didn’t get it. The vacuum station is nice.

I try and come once a month, i should come more often, because my Jeep is always in need of a wash. They have a subscriptions based on the type of wash you need per month, for example the Basic Wash, is $10/wash, but it’s $19.95/month if you want to pay it and bring your car in more often. Which is actually pretty good in my opinion. Here’s the breakdown of those subscriptions:
$10/wash or $19.95/mo - Basic Wash
$15/wash or $41.95/mo - Premier Wash
$20/wash or $53.95/mo - Ultimate Wash
$25/wash or $65.95/mo - The Works Wash
There are PLENTY of vacuums, they have clean towels, their vacuums are super strong. They have those little hoses with air to blow out stuff from crevices. Really nice in my opinion.

Been using this wash for years and absolutely love it!!! So convenient to just stop by and get a wash in minutes!! They pay attention to every detail from the bug pre wash, excellent vacuums, compressed air and towels to get everything inside and out cleaned!!! They also an amazing detail service if you don’t want to do it yourself!!! Overall amazing experience!!

Lack of Integrity After Car Wash Damage
My car was damaged at Precision Car Wash in Lindale back in February. I spoke with Brady, who admitted fault and said they would fix it. That never happened.
I called multiple times over the next two months and was completely ignored. When I showed up in April, I was finally told they wouldn’t fix anything.
I have video evidence, call logs, and proof that clearly show the damage came from their wash—not a “manufacturing defect” like they now claim. They’re just refusing to take responsibility.
If you value your vehicle, go somewhere else. This place won’t own up to their mistakes, and they’ll leave you stuck with the bill

Been coming here for years, but had to give special mention today. Went for a car wash and the attendant sent me through like normal, but then paused the carwash and knocked on my window. He wanted to let me know he'd seen a nail in one of my tires. I had no idea it was there, and thanked him very much. I wouldn't have known otherwise, since it was in a hard to see place in the tread. It could have potentially left me stranded, instead now I am able to get my tire fixed before it causes a problem. Thank you Precision Express for having great employees who are looking out for us.
