I've had good experiences with Orion lost vape brand, they usually last me a few weeks, but the one they sold me ran out of flavor not 24 hours later. They do not offer any sort of exchange like most other vape shops that stand behind their product quality. I was told I should have kept my receipt then reminded that they have a sign saying no exchanges no refunds no returns so the staff member was also unclear in their policies. I do not trust this shop anymore, buy with caution.

I used to not really like this place but it’s now become my favorite vape shop in the area. They have a large selection, good prices, nice employees and even a savings points program. This place is just better.

GARBAGE CUSTOMER SERVICE TO MARINE VETERANS. GO ANYWHERE ELSE. Stood there for 10 minutes with 3 ladies working 2 customers including me and they wanna sit around and lose their minds over a baby that had to be brought to work during his mothers shift and how adorable he is. That baby had been in there for more than enough time for these girls to pay attention to the PAYING customers. Never got told thank you, never got told sorry, never got told please come back. AND THEN I TAKE MY STUFF HOME AND WEIGH IT AND THEY SHORTED ME .2 GRAMS. I got a .8 instead of a 1.0

Great place to go. Makayla is the bomb with customer service and Jessica is awesome and very informative. Both girls do their job very well and keep me a returning customer. Great discounts on returning customers. Overall, i wont go anywere but here.

There is so many places to buy vapes. These 3 young girls that work there were so rude and I couldn't use my points because their machine was down and I had 5 dollars off. I'll never go back. I've bought 2 vapes there that didn't work. Don't waste your time or money when you can go get a real vape that works without rude, disrespectful girls running this joint.

I’ve been going to the store multiple times a week for a year and I’ve never had anything bad too say the workers Makayla and Alexa have always been very helpful and professional and they have a great selection to choose frome you definitely can’t go wrong stoping by they have everything your looking for plus great service

Here’s my problem with the store… the girls that work there are a little too attractive, a little too helpful, and a little bit to chill for my liking. Pretty sure they are aliens or robots. Watch out, vape at ur own risk..

I’ve been going here off and on for a while. Usually the “women” working here are rude and short. I just yawn and go about my business, whatever. But today, the blonde girl who claims she’s a manager not only acted like a low level nobody with no business working with people at all, she continued being rude and refused to answer a question I had, after I politely and quietly called her out for what she was doing before that. Whoever owns this place I feel embarrassed for you, and her. ✌?There are so many vape shops in Lindale, this one should be your last resort. ?

Different experiences depending on which gal is working that day. Sometimes I go in and get great service. Other times feel rushed and not helped much. I would have purchased a lot more stuff if I had felt like I could get assistance. I just bought one thing and left because I felt rushed. There were other customers waiting and only one employee. Idk. I will go back and try again later. I just feel like it's inconsistent.
