I have been banking with Southside for almost 15 years, since I started my business. I can’t think of a single negative thing that I can say about them! They’ve always been great to me, super helpful, and extremely easy to work with. I love working with a local bank and people that I actually get to know!

Couldn’t ask for better customer service! Colleen, as with ALL of the staff here, are simply the best! If you want personal banking with fast, friendly service, come see them inside of Brookshire’s! And, they’re open til 6, which is so nice if you can’t make it to the main location.

Imani River is the best branch manager. She helped my husband and I establish a joint account so that we don't have to hassle coning in together each week. She and the other bank tellers really care about your experience as a customer.
