A great gem of a shipping outlet for Lindale! Easy access, friendly but fast and efficient staff. Great and parking and worth checking out for your shipping needs👍

I rarely encounter a long wait here. Staff are courteous and helpful. HOWEVER access to store is a challenge even with a cane. Ramps are far too steep and there are no handrails on either ramp. Fall risk is too high if you have any disability related to walking or balance.

Not friendly, they make you feel like you are a bother because they have to do there job. And this UPS drop off location doesn't even have a QR code scanner to return your items. So if you are only provided with a QR code to return your items they DO NOT even want to assist you.
