Take the trip to the Tyler location instead.
One of my packages coming to me was lost as soon as tracking hit Lindale, and I’m almost certain an important piece of certified mail I sent out is also lost. (Tracking never updated after it departed the building) Certified mail is supposed to include tracking — I paid extra for that service — yet there have been no updates in over a week, & they won’t tell me it’s lost, they just keep saying they will keep an eye out. (Just like the package coming to me) This has now happened twice, not even two months apart. Absolutely ridiculous and a complete waste of money for a service that doesn’t even work.
As for the screenshot;
It said moving through network on August 25th and then updated to the 29th. (8-12 days ago)
So has it not moved???
Can’t they see who scanned it? Get in their truck and look for it!
When they update it, it usually says which distribution center it is at. Not moving through network. 😡

Front desk clerk was absolutely rude when I went in because it said my packages were going to be held at the facility. Then said delivery hold. When I went in to ask she was very rude and said they took it out to try to deliver it. I asked if they could at the end of the day set them aside and for me to pick up and she didn’t even answer. WORST USPS

Bill payments are always late, causing late fees that are not affordable on top of the original payment due. My family has constant issues from cr448. Only complaint

I’ve had two packages within a week alone that never came in and show delivered. I waited a few days just to see if maybe it said that it was “delivered” and it was actually not but would be in, in a couple days because they like to say things are delivered and they aren’t until the next day. Anyways, nope nothing! This is beyond irritating!

I don't understand why my mail is not being delivered. I have had several other peoples mail in my box, once again I have to pay a late fee because Im not getting my mail. I have a hard enough time paying my bills but then having to pay late fees, its not right. Please help correct this problem. Thank you

I have lived in Lindale as an adult for 27 years, since the end of my military service. I have only not received a package or letter one single time, it was delivered across the street by a temp who confused the addresses/mailboxes. There is a definite pattern in the majority of the negative reviewers that I will leave to your own discretion. When discussing a problem with a person that hears only problems all day long, be respectful and understanding that a massive amount of letters and packages are delivered daily. The majority of these postal workers are our neighbors and only want to help our community while being pushed to their limits to sort, load and deliver a massive amount. Cutting them down will never help resolve any issue. I applaud my postal workers. Most put in long usually HOT hours with no A/C in a thankless job and are met mostly with harsh criticism because a single mistake outweighs 100 good deeds in these days.

Never receive my mail on time! Always says “undeliverable” and then mysteriously it appears days later!! Went a week with absolutely no mail, and we get mail DAILY! All of a sudden the mailbox is completely full of out mail! Guess he was hoarding it all! Received a package that was SLICED through the package and my product, now I have to return and wait for a new one to arrive whenever they decide to deliver it!

Update…. Got a call back which was no help other than to tell me my street name had to be verified..Again…Bologna, the name was typed GRV instead of Grove. They have delivered it this way previously . And they gave me the local post office phone number. I have called 3 times now and they just let it ring until it disconnects.
I’m very annoyed … we have lived here for 3 1/2yrs. Our street address is well known by the carrier. Today we had a package to be delivered, I got notified that they attempted delivery at 2pm and could not verify the address. BOLOGNA … so I try to call. They only have an 800 number and you go through an automated service, leave a number for them to call you back, which will do nothing for today. So frustrating.

This post office sucks needs to work on delivery to the right addresses I have lived here a yr in August and at least a few times a month my packages are delivered to the wrong address. And I am always receiving other people's mail bc they don't PAY ATTENTION to the address.

On 6/12/24 at 233p, Clerk 06 (African American male) charged me for 20 $2 stamps when I only purchased 10 $2 stamps. It took me over an hour to realize it. I wondered over the cost during purchase, but it was a hectic time, and didn't want to question the employee. Just stay aware when making a purchase!! Don't be overcharged!

Donna Lawrence at the Lindale USPS post office should be ashamed of her behavior. She didn’t like that I opened a case in regards to a package that is there for me to pickup (the gentleman there didn’t want to look for it) so I really had no choice. When she called me, instead of trying to resolve the issue, she wanted to blame me for not asking for “a women to assist me.” She kept cutting me off and talking over me. She screamed at the top of her lungs, “OKAY FINE ILL JUST HAVE YOUR PACKAGE SENT BACK TO WHERE IT CAME FROM!.” And then hung up on me.

My packages are never delivered correctly, when i go to the post office to find out why….. everyone is so rude and made me feel like an idiot. DO NOT recommend living in Lindale WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

They had roubles finding my fairly new address. Had some issues early but they have doing a great job recently. Post Master seems to actually care. Thanks
