Rude ass employees, liars too! whoever was working last night told me and two others (at 11:55 pm) that he can’t accept cash for a moment, only card. So then when I grabbed my card, he then says he is now re setting the system and it won’t be finished until midnight. Knowing myself and another lady where trying to purchase alcohol last minute and rather than telling us from the start he wouldn’t be able to sell it he lied. And continued lying, and laughing in my face. i definitely won’t be going back to this store because he absolutely didn’t have to sell to me, but he could’ve told the truth rather than wasting our time and making us not able to purchase alcohol period.

I really like this store and stop for gas several times a week and the people are always kind!But the company is not so good because I don’t live in Lindale and I needed to call them to see if anyone turned in a lost debit card but can’t call because No Phone Number direct to the store. What a shame now I must wait till next week.The one star is for corporate people not for the store itself they would get 5 stars!

I'm sure she didn't give me her real but the african American named "Sam", a simple cashier has been to everyone in line of front of me, including me. When asked how she was doing she completely ignored us. Not because she was busy but because she a complete B word. I can understand why they can't keep employees now. They're just awful people. Especially Sam.

Poor experience the place is dirty and rundown clerks don't know how to do the annuity on the lottery tickets like PowerBall, megamillions, tx lottery just know how to do cash option and they don't know how to press the button where there is know extras and then quick pick and they refuse to listen to customer who can walk them through it step by step or button by button they just wanna do there own thing poor service here

I’ve noticed that since 7-Eleven has taken over management, the employees are no longer wearing face coverings as mandated by the Governor. When Valero was managing the store, they were complying with the order. I no longer feel safe going there during this surge of Covid-19.
