Gentlemen in the store were nice and got me the plan I wanted and phone I wanted. Paid $126 in the store and told me that was payment for activation fees and that my next bill and subsequent bills would be $109. Also traded in my phone for a promotion of $800 off any device. My first bill was $224 which had activation fees and did not reflect my trade in. Called the store and they nicely said that's how it is. Don't even go to Russell cellular, go to an actual Verizon store if you want it straight.

This company will rob you. The sales rep don’t know the products they sell and will lie to you. They also will take a device refund it and then mail it out to whatever address they want any tell you that you have the device and you still owe the money. Go to the corporate store do not buy anything from this place.

I upgraded to I Phone 15 Pro Max from this branch. Brandon was really kind and patiently explained things to me. Even though I am not a native speaker. I 100 percent recommend this Verizon. I’m looking forward new phone.

I just went into buy a Iphone 15 Pro Max and it was amazing. I was talking with Brandon today, and he was very patient with me and he was explaining all the steps. I am looking forward to pick up my phone and enjoy my new phone in the future. Im also looking forward to do more business with Brandon as well. Thank you. If you are in Lindale, 100% recommend!!!
