Family Dollar is described as a kind and safe place. The staff are always kind and have comforted customers, making it a safe place for them. The store is noted as being nice and clean again, with a lot of products back on the shelves. The employees seem happy now. While the back of the store can be a bit hot, it is bearable for a short trip to get a few things. Customers express gratitude for the understanding environment.
