They need new towels theirs are VERY dingy and rough. Door locks need fixing as they were very hard to open. Sheets need a little softening up. Rooms are clean and staff is very friendly.

No it's not fancy but the price is great and it is directly on the highway. And more importantly the rooms are immaculately clean! I just can't say enough about the owner? I guess. A super nice person!!

I have stayed here many times. Any time I need to get away for a night or 2 I choose royal in because I know it is clean and affordable. The owner is very nice and helpful.
