Absolutely love their hats. I purchased the hat at NRS but it was a defect. Reached out to them and they sent me a new one. Couldn’t be happier! Hat is still going strong. If you want a company that makes good hats and cares about their customers, this is the place.

I have had my Brooks hat a couple of years now. This man's talent is so much better than anyone else. His hats make Stetson quality a joke. 5 stars for the best cowboy hat you will ever own or want.

Hands down the best cowboy hat in the business! They take pride in ownership and it shows! I am going back to get my whole family a JW hat!!
