I go to a lot of 7/11’s for the Horchata fountain drink. The horchata at this location is very watered down. I think the drink machine that dispenses it is malfunctioning and I’ve complained about it almost every time I’ve been there, Every single time I’ve gone to this one for the past 3 years, thinking it’d change..it hasn’t. I think even after this review they will still not fix it or believe it is fine. Try any other 7/11’s horchata and it tastes completely different from this location. I don’t think they care.

If you want true customer service without being targeted, please stop somewhere else. I’ve encountered blatant racial and disrespectful assumptions while purchasing items at this store, while being accused of theft after buying the items in front of the staff and walking away from the register. On more than one occasion I’ve witnessed and been subjected to discriminating and belittling comments. Which has unfortunately led me to provide a negative review regarding the quality of management and their employees. I will gladly drive further away to give my business to someone else.

I realize running a 24-hour convenience store is challenging. However, I just went in to pick up some milk and they had jugs of milk that were so rotten you could see the chunks. I would encourage anybody to be very careful with anything they eat or purchase from the store. I did not buy anymore for obvious reasons nor will I ever be back because there's no telling what else they don't pay attention to.

A while ago it was the best seven eleven in the entire area, a very clean place but since the change of ownership or workers it is just like most of them, a very dirty place and they don't even want to make coffee. They want me to grab that machine coffee. very bad taste they lose several customers every day for that reason and they also don't let me enter the phone number for the rewardsI have a small company and as a tradition every morning we go to that 7 Eleven, we liked it for its cleanliness and its non-machine coffee, now there are 10 fewer customers.

Dislike customer service especially the asian guy doesn’t even say hello how are you doing or even here is your change thank you have a great day . He expects for you to get the change from he sits the money all the way back like what kind of manners . Its every single I go hes like that and not just with me with every one

I went to make a simple purchase and the night shift clerk was super rude and condescending towards me. I understand it’s hard to work nights but don’t be cruel to your customers. Some of us are employees too and can sympathize with your current situation. You might think it’s ok to treat several customers like this but eventually there will be one of us who will report your behavior.It would’ve been a 1 star review but I actually like this store and the other 7/11 clerks, they’re always friendly and superstars. ?
