Owner lacks customer service or loyalty, have one of the most expensive!!! Stay away charging a jacket more than $10.00, laundry shirts now $2.99. My average bill was about $50 within the last 5 yrs and now plus $70 for a medium load!!! I aint coming back, l see why there is high employee turnover...owner lacks basic customer service!

Outsource Alterations: I dropped off a garment on a Friday and did not need it returned until a week later. I was informed the alterations was outsourced and I would be contacted regarding replacement zipper with status and pricing. I was never contacted. I than contacted cleaners with concerns and was informed a day before my event the zipper could not be replaced nor repaired. Lucky for me I prepared for this loss however I am disappointed this was handled unprofessionally and without concern or regard. I have ordered my own zipper from Amazon and having it replaced by another cleaners. If I had been contacted, I could have than provided zipper to be installed. Instead, I was only told the length of the zipper was rare. Sadly, enough I will never use them again.

They are very helpful when you drop off your clothes to get it done, but they are even better by calling you back the day before you needed to tell you that they can’t do it and you need to come pick it up and figure it out yourself. Just ask Carryn for help she is terrible

please don’t take ur clothes here, all my clothes came back with bad stains! bad customer service and nasty attitude with i told them about the stains my clothes didn’t have these stains when i drop them off! ask owner for money back! they cursed me out! very rude

Staff is very rude and unprofessional. Left stains on some of my clothes. And my jeans colors were fading to fast like they were getting washed instead of dry cleaned.

Do not go here. Again, DO. NOT. GO. HERE. Texted and told me my jacket was ready. Came two days later, was not clean. I waited another week and it STILL was not clean. Got a refund and my jacket, but overall a waste of time.Service: Leather & suede cleaning

Owner is the most rude unprofessional person I ever meet. DO NOT do business here. They will lie and destroy your expensive clothes. They don't take any responsibility, charge full price, hold your property unless you pay. Very disrespectful cheating business. DoNOT USE them for dry cleaning needs!!! Read the posts about how unprofessional they are. When you drop off items and you're given a price. They will be 50×percent more when you pick them up!!!?
