Ladies are nice BUT the salon is NOT clean. Hands are NOT washed after eating and hands are NOT washed between customers. They do not wipe down the chairs between customers either. ITS GROSS.

I’ve been to a few brow threading salons in the Frisco area…I’ve always had to come back here to fix what the others messed up. I just make the drive now because Ash does my brows to perfection EVERY TIME.

Shama is the best person who can do full body wax perfectly.She is very clean, detailed, professional, expert in her work I have tried with many but I was never happy with the results till I met Shama.She also does the best eyebrows shape. I really had the best experience with Shama and I am going to be her customer for life .Also their prices are very reasonable.THANK YOU SHAMA!

Bad customer service. They made me wait for 25 minutes and argued when they took others ahead of me. No sense of time management and first come first serve appoach. I would not recommend this place.

Shama is definitely my lady. She knows exactly how I like to look and will make it happen. She is very fast gentle and precise. Easy to make appointments and change times if needed .

First time there.. I told the lady I wanted a clean up and now my eyebrows looks so thin . I should’ve just sticked to the lady that does my eyebrows. Never coming here again.

Recommend this place 10 out of 10! I went about two months ago to get my eyebrows threaded and tinted by Jasmine. The best my eyebrows have ever looked I swear. I came back again, looking for the same experience and got Shefali, the owner, who was just as amazing. Great customer service is always a plus in my book. Will definitely be going back!

Booked their service for 9 AM, got confirmation emails as well as text for that time. When I went there the location was closed and nobody picked up the phone as well. I emailed them twice but no response. Will never recommend this place to anyone.
