I wanted to scream I didn’t think I would have a banner in time for my event in two days. Altec printing was my third call and immediately I felt at ease. I no longer felt rushed. She didn’t make me feel bad for making a request so late. She made it easy for me to communicate with her and she made sure I was in on approving the look. The prices had me convinced she was giving me a good deal, but it turns out those were their actual prices. I’ll definitely shop with them again and again

Not only was the work beyond my expectations, the customer service and turnaround time were as well. From beginning to end Altecprint provided EXCELLENT SERVICE! I was extremely satisfied with the quality of printed product! Also, Norma showed a great deal of patience and extended her help, as I changed the layout of the product multiple times.
