Horrible service, terrible customer service, my vehicle still has issues, they did not fix it completely. I had to return my car to them more than once cause car was still having issues, they still did not fix it right!
paint was chipped, bolt from front wheel missing, front wheels are shaking. They kept telling me that will go away eventually! What in the world! Do not take your car there! You will be giving the round around and be very frustated.

I knew of Caliber Collision from working secruity at their corporate events. They seemed to care then, and they showed to care now. When I was rearended for the first time ever, they made it as painless as possible. Luckily they are partnered with State Farm, and Enterprise, so I didn't have to do much of anything aside from show up. They reparied my new truck back to new, and got it back to me before the expected date, and in time for my new truck's debut at work. Special thanks to Kristin for the updates as they went through the process of repairing my truck. Now to go brag on Enterprise for having great options.... Have a great day!

Very dishonest business and I do doubt about their positive reviews. I went to their shop for an estimate as I had minor scratch on my Mercedes and I was going to pay from my pocket. I was given a quote for $2531 and I was told I have to drop the vehicle for 3 weeks as it was a time consuming labor intensive task. However I went to a local shop and they advised me to use a scratch remover instead. Take a look at my uploaded photos. I did it myself with a $40 scratch remover and it took me 5 minutes.The scratches were not deep so it was removed easily. In the estimate I see that only for paint job they wanted $1300+ and rest for removing the front bumper!! For this kind of businesses our insurance cost goes up. Very disappointed.

Sean Pedersen was helpful in putting on a replacement for my vehicle. I did not have an appointment. He didn't hesitate to help me out. I was greeted nicely by the staff as well. I return if I need assistance or work completed. Thank you, Melvin

This location’s customer service is amazing!!!! Sean who is the GM went above and beyond to take care of a light issue on our car almost 2 yrs after the work was done. It’s very rare to get this level of service but Sean made sure to get us taken care of and that goes a long way these days!!! I highly recommend this location.

Caliber collision on Navi Road in Aubrey is the place to go if you need your vehicle repaired. From the front desk to the service technician everybody was extremely friendly and very helpful. Communication about my vehicle was constant and accurate. The vehicle was ready at the time they promised me the vehicle and my vehicle looks like a new vehicle. I would recommend this shop to anybody that needs auto body repair when you go in ask for Darien Villanueva, he is outstanding to work with

After an accident we had our SUV repaired at Caliber Collision on Navo Rd. Sean Pedersen and his team were fantastic to work
with. They were all helpful and friendly and Sean arraigned for Enterprise to bring us our rental and return it upon completion of our SUV. Our vehicle was completed by the time promised and it came back washed and looking like new as if nothing had happened. We are truly pleased with the service we received and recommend the Caliber location on Navo Rd. to anyone who needs their vehicle repaired after a collision.

I had CC repair my truck.and they broke the driver side windsheild wiper.i cannot return and miss work bcs CC hours of operation are the same hours i have to work.what an inconvenience..
