If you care about your car, refrain from going hereI typically refrain from giving negative reviews to businesses, but I must express my dissatisfaction with Kcircle Cleaning Machine and their support team.The Kcircle cleaning system damaged my car's spoiler and caused a scratch on another vehicle. Despite opening an incident report with the Kcircle team, I had to persistently follow up with them for five days before they acknowledged the case. After a two-week wait, their response claimed they were not responsible for the damages, despite the store manager witnessing and acknowledging that their cleaning system broke my spoiler.Below is their response"This is to inform you that Circle K has completed a full investigation into your claim. Based on our findings we deny all liability regarding your incident. Review of your claim has revealed that the damages presented are not consistent with any malfunctions normally seen or documented with car wash operations. There were no mechanical malfunctions of car wash parts, no issues discovered upon wash inspection, no maintenance or repairs required. The car wash was not shut down as the store had several washes that day before and after the time of your wash with no additional complaints. As such, we are not in a position to make any payments toward your claim.We appreciate your interest in our products and services, but we must respectfully deny all liability for the above-mentioned claim.If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out. They sell bad gas! If you want to pay for premium and get regular go here. Had to take my vehicle to shop finding out I got regular gas in a premium tank. I went to all different gas stations away from my house to flush it out. Weeks later had to fill up by the house here at the circle k and once again my engine light comes on with the same code for bad gas. Don't go here and save yourself the frustration.if any damage comes to my vehicle I will take legal action against them.

Used to be a good spot years ago as the corner store. Once it changes to Circle K it immediately started going downhill. It tends to stay busy though. I guess it proves location is everything.

This place is absolutely horrible. The employees rarely have customer service skills and the restrooms are the worst I've seen. I don't think they clean them at all.

Consistently horrible service. NEVER ANY PAPER IN THE PUMPS FOR RECEIPTS, EVER!!! Tried to submit a complaint on their website, and true to brand, it wouldn't let me. Closest station to my house but absolute last resort.
