Reading pasts reviews the problems I notice after singing have never been fixed. The worst is not having carts to unload items. The managers do not care they just give you a stock reply about work orders. The only ONE & only cart they had has been missing for months. Miss manager lies said it was probably in another building. No Mam Ive looked. The proceeds to tell it probably wont be replaced because someone stole it. So lets punish all the other tenants. Its summer & very high temps to bring 1 box at a time. They dont care. The doors need to be calibrated wont stay shut open & close in building 8. Paying for climate control, why ? Gates broken & trash on the ground at every visit. Charging me for rental insurance when I already have rental insurance. Im over this place and its lack of amenites. Cant wait to move its ghetto. I dont need smiles fake apologies and lies. Dont rent here dont sign like i did and find out its the worst storage facility. Fake 5 star reviews are easy to come by.

We've rented from other Cube smart locations before and always had a great experience. This location, however, is terrible. There is no manager onsite. We have not been able to return the locks they provided to get a refund. There are spiders in both of our units and they said it was our problem to deal with. We couldn't access our units for several days last week because the storm messed up the gate connection, but no one put a sign up or sent an email notifying us. We only figured it out after we drove all the way over there, and spent half an hour trying our code, and being on hold with the corporate people. Paying this much for storage and not being able to access it is unacceptable and we should get a partial refund. And lastly, due to heavy rain recently, one of our units leaked and all our expensive exercise equipment got wet and ruined. Three days later, no one has been by to fix the roof so we have to go get tarps to put over our stuff in case it rains again. The manager is totally unconcerned with this issue and the urgency in getting the roof fixed. We can't move units bc it would cost us hundreds of dollars of our own money for movers. Again. This is ridiculous and we can't wait to get out of here!
Edited to add: I emailed customer service as suggested below and still have yet to receive a response.

No on site management and they rarely answer the phone. I rented there for over a year and experienced constant rate increases without any notice. The late fees are immediate and outrageous.
