I went to cube smart to rent a unit and it was infested with flees. Customer service was amazing though I guess it really wasn't there fault people store stuff all the time with bugs I guess im not sure first time it has happened to me . Just check before you go putting your stuff in a unit if yi have movers check it out .

They have really good deals here as opposed for to the other boat storage places around. There was a little problem with the unit and the unit next to me not being marked and we really needed all the room to get the boat in there. I went to the office and talked to the manager Dennis and the new manager (I can’t remember her name) and they just moved me to another unit no problem and actually put me in a bigger one for the same price. They were super polite and professional and very easy to work with. I highly recommend this location

Updated Review: Visit on 6/7/2025.
I've been a customer at this location since April 2024. Everything was good when putting in and removing boxes until my visit yesterday on 6/7/2025. Issues I ran into:
1) I walk around for 10 minutes looking for a cart. I count not find one. I ended up removing 1 box at a time. This took much longer than usual and would have expected.
2) Upon leaving I went to multiple gates that did not work
Once I fund a gate that would open, I went to the office to discuss these issues.
1) Ladies stated there is only 1 cart on the entire property. I just can not believe that. I've never arrived at the building and there was no cart. The pointed to a building 1 might be in. multiple buildings from mine.
2) I told the ladies about the gates. They said they were aware and had a work order to have them fixed. Wouldn't be good customer service to have a sign on the gates that is not working so that we customers are not sitting there wondering why it's not opening?
Maybe more training or attention to this property is needed. I used another cubesmart location in 2022. I never had any of these issues.

Very helpful. I've been there over 1 year. I had an issue today and Kaleigh Lusk was very efficient and very friendly. Excellent customer service.

Pay attention to “deals” - they try to get you with there words but never present a reasonable price. They also could not give pricing over the phone, only online.
