I don't use this pharmacy but after having the same experience 4 times now, I decided to write a review.Someone really needs to take the time and train the pharmacy staff on how to manage their emotions. Yes, they are busy, yes, they get a long wait time on the phone when calling providers or health insurance, however, one must be mindful of the words they use in their place of work. No one in the pharmacy is ever happy to be there. It gives a poor impression to the public of how CVS handles its business and the type of staff they hire. If someone is unhappy being a pharmacist or pharmacy technician they should really consider changing careers. It is a job that requires patience.

I needed my antibiotics medication that I had sent from an Er, got the notification that my prescription was filled at 12:30, when I arrive at 1:30, the entire pharmacy side is SHUT DOWN? WHY is there no online or in person disclaimer, stating that they are ON LUNCH and will be back with no posted time just word from the other staff. I would've loved to have known after spending the night in the er and waking up to my notification "hey come get you're prescription, BUT HEY DONT BE LATE OTHERWISE YOU ARE GONNA WAIT WITH THE 6 OTHER CARS THAT ARENT AWARE OF OUR LUNCH BREAK."

If I could give 0 stars, I would. They said they didn’t take express scripts (they do), they said they didn’t have my pharmacy or medical information (they took all of it and typed it in my profile in front of me), never said they had difficulties running my insurance but then charged premium price for my script without notifying me. Don’t go here.

Terrible customer service. I just waited 15 minutes for them to fill 1 prescription ahead of me. They then waited several minutes to acknowledge me only to walk over exactly at 130 to tell me they are closed for lunch. They literally drug their feet and delayed to 130 so they didn't have to help me. Add this to terrible wait and slow service constantly. Avoid this place at all cost.

Minute clinic and pharmacy need to communicate better and be clear on what vaccines they offer. Nurse bedside manners/customer service needs huge improvement.I checked twice with the pharmacy if a vaccine was available for me. They confirmed they have it, but said it would need to be done with the minute clinic via an appointment. I book an appointment with the minute clinic and I'm told that's a "pharmacy thing. The clinic doesn't have it." Plus the nurse at the minute clinic is super rude, unwelcoming and unfriendly. Then I go back to the pharmacy for the 3rd time just to be told they do not have the vaccine for my age group. If they would only agree on what vaccine they offer, train their staff on that so they can clearly communicate to customers, I wouldn't have wasted about 4 days between confirming, booking and waiting for appointment.

0 starts!! More likely to die by the time you get your medicine.Was told to wait 30min for medicine, after 40min I came back and was told another 20min.Asked for my prescription paper back to go to another pharmacy, then was told to just sit down. And didn’t want to give it back.Absolutely will never return.Off to Walgreens

Called to find out why my meds all of a sudden were not covered and found out it was out of stock. So basically they lied. Person on the phone was VERY rude and hung up on me when I tried to find out when my meds would be ready. Been here 4 years. I'M DONE. Walgreens, here I come!!

The only reason I got a prescription sent here is because a doctor sent it there for whatever reason and the reviews definitely aren’t wrong! The people at the pharmacy are definitely rude! Very bad customer service and attitudes. I’ll definitely make sure nothing else ever goes there!

Great pharmacy and very convenient. They are always helpful and friendly to me. Great customer service.The Night Pharmacist's Mary and Lawrence are awesome. They are real friendly and very helpful. I work strange hours and very early in the morning. They always help me get my meds quick so I don't have to wait before or after I go to work.

Quite possibly the worst pharmacy that I have ever dealt with. I have had zero success filling anything here without a problem. Notably them being out of a product, and just ordering it assuming that I can wait until they get it in. Generally prescriptions are “needed” sooner rather than later. Any other pharmacy or CVS has to be better.

This is the worst experience I ever had at a CVS. My 1st time at this location looking for and OTC medication that said it was in stock. I go to the aisle and cannot find it. I go to ask pharmacy for help, they seemed to not want to do so even though there were 6 people back there, then I let the guy know what I want and he tells me go to the manager upfront and she will help me locate the item even though they are much closer to the medication and have more workers and only 1 person being helped. I go to the manager who claims her name is Brittney - she had no badge on, and then she tells me to go check 2 aisles. I check again still cant find it. Then she tells me she can't leave the front to help me because someone may steal, despite the many cameras. Then she tries to refer me back to the 6 pharmacy staff that didn't want to help me in the 1st damn place. Then she had the nerve to get an attitude because I told her this was the most unhelpful CVS I have been too. Man where the hell is good customer service these days.

Worst pharmacy ever with the rudest people. My son needed asthma medication at 8:45. It took me 30 minutes to get there and I sat in a line for 20 mins. Once I got to the front a woman told me she wouldn't fill it for another hour.. an hour!! No one wants to be here this late. I told her we needed the meds quickly because he was struggling with asthma. So instead of helping she put the phone down, grabbed a broom and walked away. These people don't care about sick people. It's 10:30pm and I still don't have the medicine. I'm watching them through the window waiting for the medicine and you can see everyone walking around chatting vs filling prescriptions.

I feel delighted when l visit CVS pharmacy always, l get help locating anything l want from the shop and the smartness and environment in the shop makes me feel like making it my home. CVS keep up the good work.
