I had a great experience at this location. I worked with Taylor Roney (Branch Manager) and she was extremely helpful and attentive. They were busy but maintained a very high quality of service. Will be going back to this branch when I need a rental.

I love everything about my experience with Enterprise. Your representative Cameron Seeby was an outstanding professional. His attitude, patience, willingness to assist, attention to detail, and courtesy is to be applauded. This is why I only use Enterprise car rental. Your service members are excellent, but Mr. Seeby is definitely the best. It was a pleasure being served by him. Thank you and Kudos Mr. Seeby; well done!!! ?

Absolutely loved my experience with this car rental! The process was seamless, the vehicle was clean and well-maintained, and Heather and her staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Will definitely be using them again for my future trips. Highly recommended!

just kind of wish they would gave you a car similar to what you had. and they gave me a bright ted sport mini cooper. this thing literally has every maintenance light possible on. the tire was low but still drivable as long as you go less then 90mph which i didn’t plan on going more than 50 so i was fine the next day it was extremely low and the car immediately started calling road side assistance as soon as i started it. just a frustrating experience for me. i purchased i insurance and and told me if i want to keep it past two days i will have to come in and renew the coverage. i didnt want it so i didnt come in then they called and told me saying i have to come in to cancel the coverage and that they are still charging my card.

It was a great rental experience at Enterprise in Little Elm, Texas. Staffs are very friendly and professional. They even offered a free upgrade which was super helpful for us.

Needed a rental when my car was in the shop. All they had for us was a mazada 2 seater. When my wife said do you have anything else I have a family of 4 they said we could pay more. I use to rent with Enterprise and know they could have made it right but they didn't. Wouldn't go here again.

Great customer service! The staff and the manager are welcoming, professional, and professional. The staff explained all the steps and procedures. They told me I should expect a short delay because they wanted to ensure that I would get a clean car. Hey, I will wait a short time for a clean car.

I want to start by saying thanks for a job well done. I was a little stressed out when I got to Enterprise because my car had just broke down, I didn't have a reservation and it was exactly 5:30 closing time. When I walked in the representative Dre was really helpful. He answered all my questions and did not make feel like it was closing time and it wasn't nothing that he could do for me. I really appreciate that. Thanks again to Dre Warren and team.

Three Cheers for Enterprise Rent-A-Car... store 098H Little Elm, Texas! What a passionate and professionally buttoned group of committed pros. I first interacted with the gentleman (retired NYPD / great conversationalist) who picked me up from a local body shop, then drove me to the Little Elm location. I was immediately introduced to Ms. Erica Johnson (Manager trainee / former professional basketball player) she was delightful and very knowledgeable. Unbeknownst to me, this location on Monday mornings is SUPER BUSY and Dre L. Warren (Assistant Manager) was ALL IN in his pursuit of customer service excellence. I was very impressed by the overall professionalism and cohesiveness of the team. :) While waiting for my vehicle to be pulled up I was having a chat with another young man who I later learned was Kyle (regional manager). Here's a pic of my rental, a recently detailed 2023 Toyota 4Runner. Many thanks to the entire TEAM! GREAT JOB Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Little Elm! ABOVE and BEYOND! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Be careful using this location for an insurance claim. I called twice to confirm my car drop-off and would need the rental at that time. I was told they would come pick me up once I arrived at the body shop and take me to their store to get the rental. After waiting half an hour, the body shop told me that the Enterprise didn't have enough people working and took me to the Enterprise so I wouldn't have to wait. I never said anything to the body shop about having to wait. They went above and beyond to get me taken care of. No big deal.The problem was when I arrived, the only car available per the insurance allowed rate was dirty and looked like the prior driver had driven through the bushes to park the vehicle. It was a black car with major scratches, multiple dings, and the interior was filthy. At least I had a wipe if needed. The manager was very defensive. I tried to keep the situation light but the manager thought I should be proud to drive a car in this condition. OOF.I did not expect like for like vehicles with this being an insurance claim, but I certainly didn't think I would receive such poor customer service from this location or poor quality of vehicle. I guess the manager thought that since the insurance company was paying for it, I should be happy just having something to get me around. Maybe? I don't know. He wasn't a friendly guy.
