I visit this Zips location a few times a month. The tunnel does a decent job and it's nice that they provide clean towels to use for drying. The last few times LaTavia has helped me pay (I think she's a manager?)- I'm adding this review because she deserves a shout out for being friendly and helpful. I'd sign up for the membership if it were more straightforward - if I sign up for something I don't want to have to go in and figure out how to change it / as it seems like the initial deal is a "hook" to get your credit card info into the system. And then you're probably stuck. Customers like straightforward, no bs, no hook . . . make it easy and affordable!

Worst car wash ever! Bought the $24 wash to get tire shine. Noticed the attendant at the entrance making selections on his control panel- not only did he not turn on tire shine, I think he must have turned off some of the wash brushes.I'll never go back!

This place is not good, I went there for the first time and enrolled in their membership plan. When asked to the shift lead Amber, if car wash is safe here, she said never heard of any cases of scratches on car. First time I've trusted this place with machine wash as I used to do hand wash or touch-less wash earlier and it scratched my car, and when submitted the claim they denied the responsibility. I wish I could have read negative reviews first as it's not the first time they didn't process or deny it. Also it doesn't clean the car properly even with premium wash and I’ve to take it twice inside wasting time and afterwords had to clean my car with clothes and paper as there was lot of debris and stuff in the front.

I have plenty of time to write this review because this company makes it so hard to cancel. There is NO service. You have to wait for the attendant to look up from his phone before you can be waived in. You can't cancel on site. You have to call the national number or wait forever for a chat. No one is available week-ends. The phone is closed for customer service. They no longer wash by hand the front or back of the car. They let anyone use the vacuums. The car comes out as dirty as when it goes in. The manager is rude.There is plenty of better competition in either direction!!

I’ve been here before and had a great experience. Unfortunately, the vacuums no longer seem to be functional. They were barely working so I moved spots. Still almost nothing. I pay for the car wash for the purpose of using the vacuum. But my hand vac can do a better job than what their machines are doing currently.

This place has really gone down hill. Used to be a great car wash and then got bought out by zips (sadly). The quality of the car wash has gone down just for the price to be $4 more than the place down the street, that will have an actual person scrub the front and back of your car and dry it off with towels. Don’t go here.

Do not use this carwash . They sell you a 45.00 deluxe umlimited package that includes all the bells and whistles. Then they dont tell you half of the machines or pumps aren't working and they know it. So your paying 45.00 for a hose wash job. Complete fraud and when I questioned the sales manager who knew about the issues tell me its not his job to inform people about things that they wont be getting a 45.00 car wash just let them believe it because he doesnt work in the tunnel. What ? So you think your getting what you pay for and are not !!!!!!. Place is a debacle. Oh and if their wash damages your vehicle expect a denial of claim . I was told they are owned by people out of country ( China?) So forget customer service. My opinion find a good wash that does things right .

I should have been told when I paid that the vacuums didn't work. I would have gone somewhere else or asked for a discount. No full service cleaning offered. No one directing or prewashing at the entrance like there used to be. Not worth the prices they charge.

Vacuum cleaners never work at this location and for the price of car washes now at least the vacuum cleaners can work properly.

Horrible Customer careFirstly you have to cancel car wash subscription a week before otherwise you will be charged. They will always points to a refund policy agreement which is no where available other than their website. The agents are very arrogant and never give rely properly. The final goal is grab people pockets. They will take $45 if you subscribe for $10 initial subscription

I still really like having the drying towels and spray, but it's much less of a value than it used to be. They don't pre-wash the car before going into the tunnel and finding clean towels is a gamble at best. They also started charging me more for my monthly membership without any kind of communication.I still go here, but I am looking for an alternative.

I had bought a wash online and wasn’t given a confirmation code. So when I got to the location the manager Brandon still let me get my car washed. Very pleased with this place, and I just moved to this area, so I will definitely be coming back to get a membership. Thank you so much Brandon and Zip team!

Zips Car Wash "no refund" policy is awful.The conveyer belt at your Little Elm, TX location malfunctioned and I had to put my brand new car in gear to avoid hitting the car in front of mine. I then had to hold down on the break which caused my car to bounce and click on the conveyer belt - OTHERWISE I WOULD HAVE HIT THE CAR IN FRONT OF ME!The suds didn't get washed off and my car could have been seriously damaged if I didn't immediately drive down the road to another car wash to have it properly cleaned.The manager laughed at me when I asked for a refund. Literally laughed in my face. Not, "I'm so sorry. That's not our policy." Or "I'm so sorry you went through that." The jerk actually laughed at me.I'm typically a calm person, but I said that policy is BS - he then walked away because of my "language" lol. A grown man couldn't handle a female calling him out for his disrespectful attitude, so he acted offended by my language.So, I'm here to say your policy is BS - and I hope that manager gets yelled all the curse words at him until his fragile male ego melts into a puddle by y'all's piece of crap car wash.

Staff is awesome, hands down. My first time stopping at Zip's was a week ago. There was a special, I paid $10 and received the unlimited premier package. I used my debit card to make the purchase. This means next month and every month until I cancel a recurring charge of $45+ a month will be placed upon that card. I ask one of the people how to cancel the membership, and this is what she said.1. Go onto the zips website2. Scroll to where it says cancel membership.3. Call the number listed for customer service to cancel.I went home and found the original receipt. The name of the car wash is not on the receipt, neither is the website, nor any mention of how one would cancel the subscription. SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES!The carwash leaves dirt on the car every time, i'd rather have paid vacuums, then free ones that don't work. Save yourself the headache and money, dont use this business.Every issue I've stated is purely the result of greedy ownership and how they manage their business. The staff themselves do a great job and deserve raises for having to deal with bosses like that.
