Rescheduled an appointment from Saturday to Sunday morning. We were the first people there on Sunday The female who works the desk, Dolores, is who you want to avoid. Attitude, annoyed, just not the brand representative you want helping you. The guys were great and the work was done well but she made the entire experience miserable. Would never use Firestone again.

I took my Jeep in for a wheel alignment at 11:00 AM and was told it would be done in 2 hours. However, I received no call back, so I called after 2 hours and was told it would take another 3 hours. Still, no call back. When I visited the store at 5:00 PM, I was shocked to find that my vehicle hadn't been touched and was still parked where I left it. When I finally spoke to the front desk, they said they were just about to start. Despite the alignment, the problem I mentioned still remains, but they insisted everything looked good. Based on their ratings, I had high expectations, but my experience was awful. I highly recommend visiting a different store.

I had an excellent experience at Firestone thanks to Devin! His friendly service and consistently positive attitude made my visit smooth and enjoyable. He was knowledgeable and helpful throughout, ensuring I received top-notch service. I highly recommend Devin and appreciate his outstanding customer care!

The manager Trever has terrible communication skills. I dropped my car off the get inspected for a state registration and they gave me a report with the wrong license plate number and vin #. I brought my car back up to get it fixed and they messed it up again.
Instead of finding out what was happening, the manager just told me to call the customer service 1800 number. Trevor was rude and kept ignoring the issue at hand.
After 30 minutes on the phone with customer service they were able to finally figure it out without the help of the manager on site. Very unprofessional.

$130 for an oil change that took 10 hours to complete. Absolutely insane!! Avoid at all cost!

I gave my car for wheel alignment because when I hit above 45mph.my car was hardly shaking but My problem was not rectified.After completion of my service I went to test drive and I told the staff it was it was still shaking they was telling its not my problem.The staff was so rude with me.
The service was very bad.

tried to charge me 40 bucks for a 2 cent part. then another 275 dollars to put in that part. I bought the part myself and installed it in 20 minutes.

One of worst Firestone places I have ever been. Very rude behavior and not clear with there appointment system and completion time of the service they do ..looks like they took things for granted In timings , service they do and shout , show some attitude in speaking rather explaining the things to customer. Felt like behavior and comments are intentional .very poor service with alignment of wheels / oil change .
I strongly recommended please check all reviews of this place and be clear with your appointment and time they really need for service get done .

Dropped my vehicle off at the scheduled appointment time at 10:00 AM for a flat tire repair. Got a call at 3:30 PM saying my vehicle wouldn't fit on the lift. I understand they're busy, but it takes nearly six hours to figure this stuff out?

After having a confirmed appointment they denied the request saying they can’t accept same day appointments. Appointment was done through their customer service and I also have confirmed email. This is not acceptable. What is the meaning of calling them and how they train their customer service?? Now I have to look for somewhere else ?

Had two cars scheduled to get new tires on separate days. After dropping off in the morning, the Manager said they would be ready mid-afternoon. They were not able to complete the work the same day on either vehicle. Tires on one that did get tires had to be balanced at another location. Had to take the second one the next day to another location to get tires.
I left a message for the Area Manager which was ignored.
Avoid this place.

I got a couple tires changed yesterday… when I picked up today my AC wasn’t working at all… I know that one thing doesn’t have to be with the other but it comes suspicious to me because yesterday was working just perfectly not even giving a sign. Of course I called and they denied it.
