I’ve been shopping with them for a couple of years now and customer service is always warm and welcoming and I’ve also compared the prices to other places and Hollywood feed is the best price too, I just love this company and my dog Kash does too!

I have always shopped at Hollywood Feed locations since I’ve moved to this area but this location in particular is one of the best, in my opinion. They are always full stocked and have never run out of my essentials for the 7 pets I have at home. The associates are always super kind, making sure I’m finding what I need! The manager, Carla, has always quickly and swiftly answered any questions I’ve had.
I take my three dogs to get groomed here as well, and they always go above and beyond. Both Syd and Tori stay in constant contact throughout the grooming process to let me know how my babies are doing, as well as any suggestions they have regarding the groom. My dogs are always super excited to see them! They are always done within the time frame quoted, and my dogs always look very handsome afterwards!
10/10 customer service, 10/10 selection, and 10/10 grooming!

We take our dog to Hollywood Feed in Little Elm, because the staff is great, the selection is fantastic and the place is always stocked well and clean. They are always friendly, love on our pup and are always willing to help us out with larger bags of food.

The in-store associates are always so knowledgeable and friendly! Jonathan is excellent and very well informed about all the products which makes shopping at Hollywood Field so much better than just generic big box pet store!

Stopped over the Little Elm store as it was close to my wife’s workplace. I was greeted immediately upon entry and the lady assisted me to the cat food section. They were knowledgeable about the brands and were courteous. They offered me to place order for smallbatch brand that they didn’t carry at that store. Overall they made a great checkout experience compared to the young lady in prosper store.
