After banking with the bank for over 6 years I’ve had a auto loan with them never been late payments on my auto loan always 2 months ahead sometime 3 months and I get denied for an auto loan when I first got my car loan they approved me for a brand new car which my credit wasn’t to good but decent since I’ve at the car alone with other things my credit score is almost a 750 I’m just getting a call if then telling my credit app has gotten denied not to mention I’ve payed off more than half of my loan a I have established a good relationship with this bank, never been late at all, and I get denied I will be trading my car in and switching credit union I do not recommend this credit union at all if you want an auto loan go somewhere else

Awful awful awful! I have banked with this institution for over 10 years so that way I can have some tie into a credit union. Anytime I try to do something it’s a hassle, it’s not convenient, I can’t ever hear the atm tellers, the bankers inside are rude. Not an easy bank to bank with. I will be looking into a different credit union for sure

Stopped by without an appointment and after waiting just a short time, Rasy was wonderful and answered all our questions and in no time we had an account opened. She was personable and thorough in her dealings with us. She was detailed in her explanations and even took us over and walked us through the video teller process (this is new to us - hesitant at first but think it will be OK). Glad to find a friendly Credit Union close by with many great services.

We are done after over 30 years of using this as our main bank. FACTS. 1. InTouch pays the lowest interest of any credit Union in DFW on accounts on deposit. 2. Their car loan rates are the highest of Credit Unions in DFW. 3. 30 year customer and our child with perfect credit and an account holder for 20 years applies for a car loan and is first denied completely, then I get involved and they offer a loan with rates double those of other CUs and Banks in DFW. Sooooooooooooooo DONE. Suggest you choose another credit Union that actually serves its customers, not ITSELF. Credit unions are supposed to be non-profits. They all have non profit status. This one operates as a for profit by its policies.

Lazy bunch. Yell a half hearted hello from over the wall sitting at their desk idling. They don't manage the front as I walked up several times to personal info left by customers. Check stubs, receipts and they don't bother securing it.Just put a AI machine in already and get rid of them.ALSO I tried to do shared branch banking and this bank tries to pull your account to their bank by not really providing shared banking fully. It's more a lure to get your account with them.Had a rep (Malcolm S) waste appx 10 mins on virtual teller, "checking w manager" re helping me out on day they won't normally help shared members. The transaction would have taken 3 mins at most but he wasted 10 on indignation, poor policy and commitment to lower than exceptional service.

The most unpleasant experience EVER with a credit union!!! The staff is ridiculously unprofessional, got hung up on and refused to hand the phone over to someone else for assistance. Wouldn't let me finish my inquiry before cutting me off!!! NO customer service offered at this place! Paid a vehicle off in APRIL and they LOST my title and wont hand out a lien release!!! Horrible service!!!!!!!!

Door clearly states the lobby is open Mon-Friday until 5pm, went in today and it was locked shut. The line for the two atms outside was 6 cars long. This is my second time using this location. The first time the teller was condescending towards me asked me to sign in and make an appointment next time to use machines, however she did not require or give her spiel to the man who came in after me. Not impressed with this location at all.
