They take lunch but have no chairs for you to sit in and wait for them. The chairs are locked inside. I got out of my sick bed to get my prescription and had to stand for 20 minutes waiting on them. I hope they all get sick.

I cannot understand these negative reviews. I have been so pleased with the service I receive at this pharmacy. There is never a long wait and the staff is friendly and courteous. If I have medications that I know I might need outside of their hours, I will send them to a 24-hour pharmacy, but otherwise, Kroger gets all of my pharmacy business because of the great service!

I've never had any issues with this Pharmacy. The staff are always helpful and friendly. The staff has also been great answering any questions I might have regarding the many medications I currently take for my heart. Thank you for your hard work and patience.

Worst pharmacy ever!!! Staff is very rude, including the pharmacist. I recently switched to this location from The Colony location because it is closer to my house. The Colony location is wonderful. I never had any issues with them. Very kind staff and always refilled my prescriptions without issue. I am switching to a different pharmacy today. Do better Little Elm Kroger pharmacy! There is absolutely no reason for this!

Literally the worst pharmacy. The staff must all be new or they are extremely incompetent. They also lack customer service experience. I came to get a prescription right at 1 and the lady made me wait 30 min because they were on lunch which was starting as i stood at the window. It was extremely rude and i only had 1 prescription. If you have insurance double check the amount, because it most likely is incorrect . As I have been miss charged so many times!!!

Josh the actual pharmacist is great. The rest of the staff is pretty incompetent. I stay with them because of Josh. But it’s pretty frustrating dealing with the rest of the staff. I wish they would hire people who knew what they were doing. There are issues every single time I pick up my prescriptions.

Do yourself a huge favor and take your business somewhere else!I suffer from nerve pain and complex regional pain syndrome, both of which are excruciatingly painful. I take a generic Lyrica to at least be functional, which requires a new script every time. They took their time reaching out to my doctor and didn't bother following up or notifying me. Now I'll go the entire weekend without my medication. When I called the pharmacy to see if there was anything that could be done I was told they can't fill without a script. Then she went "alrighty" and hung up on me.I've only dealt with them a handful of times and every time they are rude, short tempered, and will walk away if you try to ask a question.At least Tom Thumb has their generics for a $0 copay.

Josh is a complete incompetent. All the other pharmacists are great! But they have got a loose cannon at Kroger with Josh! take your prescriptions all anywhere else but with josh.

Josh (Pharmacist) is extremely rude to customers. I called to verify if my doctor’s office had called my prescription in yet, he didn’t ask me to verify my DOB or my name before snapping at me to say “LOOK, IT’S NOT HERE YET!” Since he didn’t initially ask me to verify my information, I asked if he needed me to confirm who I was. His response was to yet again, snap at me saying “I HAVE CALLER ID, SO I KNOW WHO THIS IS! I DON’T HAVE ANYTHING HERE FOR YOU!” I’m shocked at how I was treated for calling to ask a simple and seemingly routine question.

This is the worst pharmacy that I have ever seen in the entire worldDoctor prescribed me a medication and they denied it because!!!! Their answer was didn’t me the criteria. How the hell you make the decision against the doctors orders and not give the client the the medication..Never deal with this pharmacy again.
