This is the worst pharmacy that I have ever seen in the entire worldDoctor prescribed me a medication and they denied it because!!!! Their answer was didn’t me the criteria. How the hell you make the decision against the doctors orders and not give the client the the medication..Never deal with this pharmacy again.

Customer Service nightmare! I wish this were the first time I didn't get an item in my pick-up order. This order, I asked for 2 lbs Boars Head Black Forrest Ham. I got one package at 1.04 lbs, but was charged twice that exact amount twice. Mistakes happen, but its yet to be remedied. I tried doing the online chat feature, but automated system wanted to refund me 1 lb total, and didn't include the taxes I paid. So I called customer service to speak with a person, held for 24 minutes, got a person, get my information confirmed (name, phone number, Kroger ID, and the item needing refund) and all of a sudden the rep is saying "hello, hello, hello", she can't hear me suddenly, then hangs up. She had my info and didn't call back!! I call the store ask for supervisor, it rings without going to voicemail or a person. Called back again, asked for pick up, get Jeffrey, asked him to get manager, phone is set on counter with an open line (I can hear in the background), then someone picks up phone and hangs up. My husband is now on his way back to the store and can hopefully remedy this, but what on earth has happened to customer service!! Get your act together Kroger! I hour of our time and gas spent on a 2nd trip to remedy your mistake.

I am so very impressed with this pharmacy. They usually get my difficult RX prescriptions filled. I spoke to the lead pharmacist (manager), Josh. His team does such a great job working with their suppliers. I always have great service from Josh's team. With a growing area like West Frisco, The Colony, Little Elm, Aubrey, etc...., we all benefit from a strong demand and a well run pharmacy! Good overall. My first comment is that I feel safe here which for me is the most important concern. My spouse and I shop here several times weekly for 10+ years and I adjusted my shopping time to avoid the crowds. Nice and allays clean. I don't use pickup therefore can not comment on that service but inside the store it's a friendly and helpful place. The meat market, seafood, and bakery is always stocked and fresh, same for vegetables and fruits. As in any place that is busy, certain times of the day the stock level is low but it's still reasonable. And no you don't have to work at a business to post a good review.

Worse service today by a cashier did not take my Kroger store coupons. Dismissed me told me to go get them done by customer service with no apology for her error. Little Elm store needs to make her take customer service classes. I will be going to HEB from now on. I would mention her name that is on the receipt but let's see if a manager reaches out!!!

WARNING: This location has a pest! This pest keeps opening containers and helping itself to the first serving and then putting the opened container back on the shelf! Be aware when buying pint-sized blue bell ice cream and potato salad! As a matter of fact, be careful with all smaller sized food containers that can be placed back on the shelf because they are being opened. Aside from their nasty mouths, no telling what they are putting in our purchased food products.

This used to be our #1 market but it went downhill fast. You can never count on your favorite brand item being in stock because they're constantly switching brands for those with the higher profit margin. Bathrooms always stink.

Great pharmacy with courteous, friendly staff. Communication regarding upcoming refills, readiness of prescriptions w/price is much appreciated. The Savings Clubs saves me HUNDREDS every year. They compare they cost of their Savings Club vs. my insurance and I pay the lesser of the two. Sacrifice a little convenience with limited hours compared to other pharmacies but WELL worth it!

Sooooo much better than CVS. We had my son’s prescription moved here because it actually gets filled and a real pharmacist or technician answers the phone and gives you the precious information that you need. I have called here at least 5 times Consistent Friendly Customer Service.

By far, the worst pharmacy for customer service in my experience. I've really been trying not to write this review and give all chances I can, but after a year of this, the horrible attitudes and rude customer service, I'd be neglectful not to rate them. Snappy, curt, unprofessional people. "AJ" was the most recent one. Spoke with Asst Mgr about incident, and she didn't seem to care. Maybe mgmt is not leading by example? Either way, our family will be looking for a new pharmacy.

They're better than CVS pharmacy but still disappointing. The staff today was less than friendly. I completely understand being busy and understaffed but when I ask questions about a prescription and how it can affect my child via breastfeeding, I would like a more confident and less rushed answer. I know dealing with people for a living is hard however, I was being very friendly despite it taking over ten minutes to even be spoken to when nobody else was waiting in line.

Shelena H., the pharmacist, at the Little Elm Kroger took very great care of getting my prescriptions filled immediately. After I had surgery CVS failed to fill my prescriptions when my surgeon called them a week prior to my surgery. CVS called me 3 days AFTER my surgery to tell me to come pick up my prescriptions. I have transferred my prescriptions to Little Elm Kroger from CVS.

Long time customer. Sometimes a hassle with "out of stock" meds. Never a straight answer. Tonya however has always been friendly and helpful. As far as the virtue signaling young/new staff....2020 called and wants their masks back.

Worst and most incompetent staff I’ve ever experienced. Not only are they extremely rude, they are not helpful even when THEY dropped the ball. I had a prescription sent in on the 14th and it’s still not ready. I have come in 3 times to try to get one prescription. It’s absolutely ridiculous.

When I first moved to Little Elm this Kroger was the best. In the last few years the store has gone downhill. Some of my biggest complaints. 1) Pricing errors in their favor nearly every time I check out 2) Items no longer available that were staples of my shopping 3) Customers bring animals into the store (not service animals) 4) Carts, Pallets, and boxes left in the aisles, the store is an obstacle course 5) Rude staff. Forget Kroger, go across the street.
