I normally like this store but this one in particular is horrible. My yogurt and the ground turkey I bought were both spoiled. When I opened the refrigerator door where the yogurt was it smelled as if mold had been growing or as if it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. Very disappointing to say the least

The front end manager Rahmon a the Kroger on Little Elm Pkwy is so rude! I went in and made a purchase of ground beef and hamburger helper. Due to lack of funds I could only get $3 in meat out of the meat case. I go home cook it and the meat tasted bad! I called spoke to a nice lady who said she was the manager who said I could get food replaced or a refund. She was unavailable so he gave me $3.18 back and argued with me that the noodles for the box of helper should be fine! Smh I asked him has he ever made it because they have to be mixed together to make the meal so the noodles are now bad. He felt it was funny to make such meal and said yeah I don’t make that.I’ve never ever been at the low I’m at now and that was a slap in the face to me. Just trying to provide a meat for my children. He treated me like crap and a thief. Told me next time I need to bring the cooked bad food in or take a picture of it. I was never once rude to him. I have a very good work history and in fact just got hired as probation officer but I don’t start til end of July. I can’t believe he’s allowed to treat people that way and on top of that he thought it was funny to hand me the remainder of my refund in all change. Shame on Rahmon for such nasty customer service. — Here’s the hamburger in the trash that he needed proof of.

This store never has enough cashiers on duty. Self check out here is a joke. I waited in line for "help on the way" that was not in fact on the way. You can never find help when you need it.

Came home with an order full of expired items that wouldn’t even be accepted at a food pantry. Avoid this store at all costs.

My Kroger is very consistent with quality and service. Most staff seem to enjoy working there and are really helpful. .

It's a grocery store. Understaffed, but they all are.

Terrible experience, to be profiled over 20.00 worth of groceries???
I shop here every Monday picking up the same items; Gatorade, water and Prime energy. Today, employee Angie watches me scan every single item, which is weird, there several other people checking out? Why are you watching me?? I go to pay and she decides to sticker all of my items? When did Kroger start putting stickers on items you paid for? Why? You just watched me, ignoring every one else? What made me so special? Is it a procedure to watch black males? No wonder HEB is taking over in the area, 2024 and still profiling black people. I'll be taking this complaint to corporate

I'm terribly disappointed. I've done order pickup three times since moving to Little Elm and have had missing and wrong items every time. I've written in twice asking for a refund on missing items with zero response. Since I can't continue to pay for groceries I don't receive I started going into the store. This morning there were zero cashiers on - I had no choice but to do self check out if I wanted my groceries. So I checked myself out while three employees stood six feet from me chatting. You can do better.

This is my go to grocery store. They always have what I’m looking for. I love the sushi here and also the premade ready to go meals. The pharmacy and Starbucks are both great!

We buy 1836 Farms products (organic milk, orange juice, lemonade and grapefruit juice) from this location. They charge a $2 deposit for each bottle which we don't mind. Upon returning the empty bottles to get the deposit back, my wife was mistreated by the lady in the customer support as she refused to return the bottles accusing my wife, who was was accompanied with our 3 kids, of stealing the juices. She came home distraught and crying from being disrespected by our local store's employees. So, I decided to go to the store with the bottles and I asked for a refund of our deposit and I was told that they could only return 5 bottles. We have never experienced anything like this before: we have been ripped off by Kroger and insulted by its employees. I filed a complaint with their customer support and I am thinking about suing.
