DO NOT BUY Appliances from Lowe's! I purchased a washing machine two weeks ago that is LG it is already broken. I did a merge call with customer service of Lowe's and LG and the lady from Lowe's was incredibly rude to the person at LG. LG offered to transfer the rep representative from Lowe's to their claims department so that they could process the return of my washing machine and Lowes said they would not do that.they lied directly to the LG rep. The LG rep can only work with the distributor on returns not an individual person. The person from LG was incredibly kind and she even apologized to me for this crazy inconvenience and how rude the people are at Lowe's. whatever appliances you need to purchase only purchase them directly from the manufacturer. come to find out in these new days we live in Lowe's and Home Depot are very difficult to work with so it is better to just deal directly with the companies.

Worst Lowes I have been to. The store is so cluttered you can't push your cart through the isles. Customer service is nonexistent. Store is trash

I bought some lights and didn't get a receipt but when I came in to return them they let me return them anyway. I had prove that I used my credit card 40 mins earlier. The customer service rep smiled and was super nice. I will return and recommend Lowe's in Little Elm.

Whatever happened to customer service!!!??? I will NEVER go this Lowe's!!! Willie was so damn rude not helpful at all. Asked him a simple question and he answered me like if I was a bother. Very disrespectful and so grumpy!! Then he start talking to another customer about me as I was standing right there in front of him. Pathetic yet sad cause they don't care management is god awful too!!!!

Went here to look for a butcher block counter top. Talked to 6 employees before one was able to walk us back to the correct aisle, aisle 33, which was unnumbered with no signs or directions. One of the employees even made eye contact with me as I waved and then walked the other way. Another employee was on her phone and when I asked her for help, she said, "I'm coming," but didn't move at all to go help me. Will never visit this Lowe's again.

Saturday at 1 o'clock in the afternoon not a single register is open. Everything was self check out and they only had four of the self checkout lanes open... This has to be one of the most poorly ran stores I have ever been in.Management is definitely lacking in the training department! I will be going to Home Depot from now on!

I have shopped with Lowes for years and spent a fair amount of money there, However I will now drive across town to a Home Depot to spend my money. I ordered a refrigerator on the Lowes website on 12/25/22 and was given a delivery date of 12/30/22 On Dec 29, 2022 I received an email stating that my delivery window was 1-5. I left my office in order to be here for the delivery window. I received an email at 7:15 am on 12/30/22 stating that it was "out for delivery" I received a text at 12:15 saying "This is Lowe's delivery team with your delivery" I was with a client and unable to respond until 1:52 telling them that my husband was home to receive the delivery at 12:45. No response. I received 2 emails saying that they were running late but it was on the way. I texted the In the second email they had changed the delivery time to 2-6. And we waited. My refrigerator was not delivered. I called Customer don't Care and they were closed for the evening, So I called the Little Elm store and was on hold for 30 minutes before hanging up. I looked at the delivery status the next morning and the delivery date had been moved out another week. I called "Customer don't Care" the next morning and was told that I had called around 3 the prior day and asked to move the delivery because no one was at the business to receive the item. 1) My home is not a business and 2) I made no such call. Customer don't Care continued to repeat that I had called and moved the appointment which I did not. I spoke to a manager to see if the refrigerator could be delivered earlier than the next Friday "no". I asked if there was any discount they could give me to offset the $800 I lost by not being in my office "no". I called the person who had texted me. The delivery driver immediately picked up and said they had a really slow day 12/31 and to call the store, talk to Jason in receiving, and see if they could get it on the truck for a Sunday delivery. I talked with Jason in receiving what confirmed that it was a slow day for deliveries the next day but that the system they used would not let him select 12/31, only the following Friday the 6th. I cannot speak highly enough about the receiving and delivery team that I spoke with, but Lowes, in general, is an uncoordinated mess of an operation, who cares nothing about customers.

I went to this Lowes location in Little Elm. I had planned to go to Home Depot which had won me over with their Christmas tree service, but it was the day after Christmas, so I decided to give Lowes a try too. The sales-floor staff was incredible: great customer service on this busy day. One member hunted for a difficult-to-find mandrel for me for 10-minutes and found the perfect one. I couldn't thank him enough. So based on this service, I decided to get some wood for a few cornhole boards as well. The lumber staff on the floor went out of their way too. They helped me pull a great plywood board that I could rip into 4 regulation cornhole boards and the 2x4s for the frames. I was happy to have it all in my hand-truck and at a great price. So on to the check-out lanes. This is where it all fell apart and left me saying to my son, who was helping me, "Come on, son, let's go to Home Depot." What a way to blow a sale. Terrible front-end customer service. One that makes you want to go on Yelp and let everybody know . . . The board at the self-check-out machine rang up $30 more than advertised in the aisle. I can overlook a few bucks, but 60% more: I called for help. The front-end helper lady scanned the board. "Sorry, sir this is the latest price." "Uh, I'm not paying $30 bucks more, I picked this board based on the price." "Please bring me the tag?" Off to the lumber section. The guys in lumber were certain of the price. "Yeah, don't worry, this is the latest price. They must not be up-to-date in the system." As I was snapping a pic of the tag on the boards up here where I found them, I overheard one of them say, "Wait, these are in the wrong place, they belong down there." I looked down there and the price for their being down there in their rightful place read "$79. 55". My doubts set-in. "I'm not paying "$79.55" "Don't worry, they'll charge you $49.55", they reassured. This being their mess-up, and my having had cashiers honor mistaken advertised aisle-prices before was enough assurance for me. I headed back to the front-end self-checkout lady. "I'm sorry sir, that price does not belong to this item." "Can I speak to your manager?" Enter the front-end manager: "I'm sorry sir", said the manager when he arrived and came up to speed, "This is not the correct price for this item. It's $79.55 and I cannot sell it to you for $49.55." "You advertised it in the aisle for $49.55." "You'll have to understand that mistakes happen, sir." Well, I'm not going to be punished for their mistake. I decided leave, knowing that it was not worth it to give Lowes any control over my mood on the second day of Christmas. In hindsight, it was a good thing I was paying in cash because I was able to make a quick exit without being too invested in the situation. We left the hand-truck in the self-checkout lane and exited the store, "Come on, son, let's go to Home Depot." As I was in the van riding to Home Depot with my son, I told him, "Son, if you're ever in retail and a $30 mistake that you made stands in the way between you and a customer-for-life . . . give the customer the $30. Otherwise he's going to tell everybody the story about how you screwed him over on the second day of Christmas." "Okay, Dad." We went to Home Depot and I paid $10 more for the same stuff than Lowes wanted to force me to pay. Yes the price was still $79+ for the same board but, I'm a man of my word. And this time, it was my decision to do so.

I went into Lowe's today to purchase two items. After my items were scanned I presented my Lowe's app which has my military status. It was scanned, I was told my total and as I inserted my debit card I was asked for my ID which I presented and stated I didn't know that an ID was asked for when using a debit card and that it was new to me (however, my debit card was never looked at). The associate went on to talk about who can and can't use military discounts. She stated "it's only veterans and veteran spouses or significant other which I'm pretty sure you're neither." This was after I've shown my drivers license which has Veteran on it, and not only that but I'm a disabled veteran. Very insulting experience and I will not be shopping at Lowe's anymore.

The worst customer service. EVER. Trying to call to speak with an actual human is something that takes SO many tries. Beyond frustrating. If I ran my business the way Lowe's does I'd be out of business so quickly. I ordered several doors for a remodel and doors were delayed several weeks. I was never given a phone call to give me a heads up. They kept putting it on the schedule, I would get an automated call to say it was scheduled for delivery, no door, no delivery. I would call to check, no straight answers, just an endlessly ringing phone. If you do speak to someone you get hung up on. No one cares. It's painful.

Would give zero stars if possible. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY APPLIANCES FROM THIS STORE. Bought a washing machine and was told it would be delivered next day, no problem. Got delivered and the outlet plug was completely trashed, the prongs bent completely to the side with the ground of the plug missing completely. Went back to lowes and was basically told we were s*** outta luck and we would need to return it for a refund and buy a different one. Spoke to the manager thinking that cannot be true, which he said it wasn't and that they'd exchange it out for us. Picked up the broken washer and never heard from them. Called 19 times with no answer, doesn't matter what department you call they don't answer the phone, customer service will sometimes answer but find the quickest way to transfer you to a another department that doesn't answer. Then was told we have to just return it and refund it. A week without the new washer was enough. Getting my money back and staying away from this lowes until they pull their heads out.

For an everyday "run in" and get something for a DIY we've never had any issues when shopping at Lowes. However, we bought out first appliance from Lowes in August. It was one of the most expensive purchases we've ever made (can't believe the cost now a days). That being said we couldn't get it same day and had to schedule a delivery 1 1/2 weeks out. We scheduled the delivery for a morning delivery (between 8-12) so we would only miss a half a day of work. At 0730 we cleaned out our old refrigerator and freezer placing items into coolers so everything would be ready when the truck arrived. Noon came and went and the truck never showed and we didn't get a customer service call saying they were running late. We called and called finally getting ahold of someone who told us we were "miss informed" and that we were scheduled 16th on the truck therefore it would be delivered between 12-4. Stuck between a rock and a hard place I took the rest of the day off work and waited for the truck to arrive. 5:00 came and went and no truck. Called back and was told they're running late and I would most likely get the deliver around 8:30. We expressed our dissatisfaction and said we'd wait for the truck but we weren't happy with the delay. 9:30 came and went and still no truck and no call. Calling back again we were told it's still on the way and if we'd accept delivery this late they'd be there soon. 11:45 and still no truck and still no call..... After paying so much for an appliance, paying for delivery and haul away, missing a paid day of work, losing some food items, we will never buy another appliance from Lowes again. The product can be the best. The quality can be the best. But the customer service and the respect for others along with no professionalism on behalf of the delivery truck and Lowes customer service is the worst we've experienced. I do not recommend buying from Lowes.

Went up to the store awhile back to do a quick return and pick up some outdoor lights. Walked in, went to customer service. A kid named Kole was eating M&M's talking to another girl with no vest on and wearing her airpods(assuming she is internet" Kole made eye contact as well as the girl and proceeded to continue on with their conversation trying to avoid any additional eye contact. Another girl presumed to be a head cashier walked up, looked at us and proceeded to take a cart of product and walk away. We waited for what I would assume to be 5-8 minutes with no one else ahead of us. 5-8 minutes of waiting feels like an eternity I might add. The girl finally looked and said "oh where is the cashier", "what can I help you with". I didn't say anything just handed my receipt and my product I was returning. I'm pretty confident nothing nice would have come out if I opened my mouth, but I do feel it is worth noting, this stores service levels continue to be volatile. One day it's great, another it's not. I'm not sure what the leadership in this store is, but the service in the store is a direct reflection of the assistant store managers, store manager and District manager. Your competition down the road has the service levels down, maybe y'all should take a stroll down there and find out how they have an engaged team of associates. I haven't had a bad experience yet there. I will continue to shop at both Lowes and Home Depot as products differ and ultimately it comes down to who has what, but you should understand and be aware of service levels in your store and address them accordingly. I know Lowe's can do better. Vet your potential associates better during hiring would be a great start.

Bought a Whirlpool Fridge from them and also added the 5 year warranty. Within a month the fridge broke and they are not honoring the warranty because it is "still under the manufactures warranty" and the part needed from Whirlpool is on back order and they are saying I have to wait 25 business days before anything can be done. I am without a fridge for over a month now. Why buy a warranty if nothing is done when the appliance breaks. The store manager gave us a discount on a mini fridge but we can not live out of a minifridge. Unacceptable

Please do not buy here. The sales person made an error in the paperwork there was no way for me as a lay person to have caught. I have nothing for 2500.00. The response from the dept manager was bizarre. I have not heard from GM and it's been 5 additional days.
